    Here in the northeast we just had two days of rain, followed by two days of summer heat. Water is cloudy. Switched to white and started catching fish, in a lake without shad or shiners.

    Water temperatures can change and a flat side CAN be effective in the summer. We have an incoming rise of 30-40' over the last month and that water is coming out cold from underground pipes. Craws moving too!

      @@jeffylubefishing oh ya i def know lol. But in the past it was a prespawn/fall oor winter bait. Now with FFS alot of guys are using them all yr. Even without ffs. Guys gotta understand there arent really rules to bass fishing and stay open minded.

      @northernbassalliance1442 for sure man I definitely plan to get into the scoping game but all mt fish on the jerkbaits are without ffs. People would be surprised when that suns out how shallow some smallies will get!

      @@jeffylubefishing oh ya they love thesun andflats. Im from northern Mi and those smallies are crazy on sunny windy days. Hands down my fav fish to target.
