Make a Practical and Pretty Crossover Strap Apron *Beginner Friendly*

Hi everyone, happy new year! I've got plans to do some messy stuff on fabric and I'm fed up of wearing old scruffy clothes, so how about making a practical and pretty apron?
I've gone for a slightly high waisted apron with a full long gathered skirt and crossover straps and without fastening's or hardwear. It was not my intention to look like I was after a part in "The sound of music" but here we are.
In this video I'll talk you through fabric usage, seam allowances, gathering and some basic pattern draughting, and how to get a nice finish on your projects.
