It seems to be problem for some publishers which I will solve at the end to this video. Some might have uploaded blur image, invisible part of the ID card, faded part, profile detail doesn’t match the card you provided and edited Card which are not supported by Adsense policy and you have exceeded your maximum 3 attempts and a mail was sent to you and a notification. Hi, i entered a wrong pin 3 times. after that i get this message "ads are not display contact us" bu the contact button shows a broken page. plz what can i do i have 1450€ on my account. no way to get a pin by address bcz i'm in africa

Is because you uploaded document that's not supported by them or fake identify.
In some cases they do give two or three, it depends on what you upload.
Presently there is no other way to solve that issue bro, I'm sorry for that.

I understand you better, the notification you see on your Adsense will disappear when you enter your pin, you can get back your 50$ if you verify your address within the month you delete your account (as you can see that on mail sent to you when u deleted the account)

I know it's hard for some people to get that amount. but since your Google Adsense identity verification failed, you don't have any options than to loose that amount, i predicted that (if you check recent comments that's what i used as reply) google will pay that deleted money only if you verify your address (pin) within the month you delete your account...
You will see that message when u delete your account saying if your threshold is greater than minimum threshold..................
I'm not sure, but i have 90% that the money will be refund only if u verify your address(PIN)
