Thank you, nice review.
You are welcome and thank you!
Ive recently just started carrying the victorinox signature in my belt (wazoo cache belt)... i found the only tools I use 90% of the time are a small knife (sometimes scissors) but mostly the built in pen. If i need anything more I usally have tools.around or at home have either my Leatherman Surge or Roxon if theres a chance I could lose or break my multitool.
Really starting to love Roxon...wish they came out with a mini tool.
Thanks for sharing. What else do you keep in the Wazoo Belt?
@urbanknifeguy I keep the swiss army knife (knife, scissors, pen, torch, screw drivers, cash ($100 in 5s and 10s), a mini fishing kit, some , zip ties, a straw full of mini cordage, 2x bandaids, some foil, a water bag with purification tablets, small razor blade, a firesteel/striker/whistle combo, a grocery bag (like for fruit (very thin)) and a USB data blocker (so if I need to charge from a public usb I won't get malware).
There's actually a bit of extra room in there too, I may have taken some things out, and I dont have anything in the buckle.
I pair up the leatherman squirt p4 and a SAK signature
Great pairing! Thanks for sharing!
Sounds like a good solution, given that the scissors on the 58mm SAKs are better than those on the Squirt.

SAK all the way... I've recently sold my leatherman surge... I now carry the victorinox ranger, knipex mini combination pliers ,knipex mini waterpump pliers, knipex co bolt mini bolt cutters and a pic quic stubby multi bit screwdriver with 6 extra long bits. .... This system out performs everything...and makes the surge look like a child's toy . I've chosen functionality over compactness and theres no comparison....I'm happy with the extra bulk and weight... NO PLIERS OUT PERFORM KNIPEX .no screwdrivers out perform picquic... period .
The only additional tools I carry are a 14 inch ,ovalised, tool steel gorilla bar , a mora garberg carbon multi mount , a d2 khukri and a bahco laplander saw....
Great video btw .
Thank you for this comparison. Most channels only compare Gerber to Leatherman.
You are welcome!
Glad you mentioned the Nextool at the end. Perhaps there is a lack of consistency with their QC, as I mentioned before under another of your vids, the scissors on mine perform extremely well, snipping in one clean cut through paracord even when it's not under tension, and the offcut piece flies away. The Phillips on it too is fairly good considering that it isn't a full profile, although it's not quite as good as that on a 58mm Rambler/Manager/Minichamp.
Yes, I tweaked the screw but still not ideal. Could be a QC issue. I might pick up another one in the future to see if it was just a one-off for me. Thanks sharing as always!
@@urbanknifeguy That's a shame about that, like I said I know from online reviews that not all of the Flagship Minis were/are without flaws. I'm sure if Nextool knew about yours they'd replace it free of charge.
Thanks for your interesting content as always!
I have a Swiss champ and Gerber armbar drive in a pouch
Both great tools! I live the Gerber Armbar Drive too!
