- Kung Po Chicken
½ chicken breast
30g onion
4 cloves fresh garlic
2 stalks celery
1 spring onion
¼ medium size carrot
¼ medium size cucumber
4 dried red chillies
2 teaspoon pepper corn
1 handful of peanuts
2 tablespoon vinegar
¼ teaspoon chilli powder
Marinate chicken
¼ teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon shao xing wine
Dash white pepper powder
¼ teaspoon MSG
Small pinch of salt
½ teaspoon potato starch
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Condiments
Dash of wine
60ml water
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon MSG
1 teaspoon sugar
¼ teaspoon oyster sauce
Lightly thicken with potato starch
Dash sesame oil

Would this size portion normally fit a small/square take away container or a long rectangular one. It looks like a fairly big portion. 😊
I think it would fit in the No.6 size (large one) foil container. Yeah, there's a lot of ingredients!
