they are a breed unlike no other they are not normal dogs in the best way there are also extremely stubborn(at least mine is lol)
Hello, we adopted a dog. He looks like a MinPin but we're not really sure the breed is. I've seen pictures of MinPins and colors but the dog we got he has like a white line of hair between his forehead and some white on the toes. Is it possible he's a MinPin or other breeds?
I just lost my girl of 11 years. I'm still heartbroken. Her ashes are by my bed. She was so comforting to me when I was stressed. She had the prettiest greenish/hazel eyes and pink nose. God she was a beautiful little soul. I miss you my beautiful Shiloh girl.
I feel your pain , I lost my Buddy 3-22-22 he was 17 yrs old , I called him my Big Buddy because of his big personality , so so smart and loving , he was my child . My daughter and I found him when was about 4 at the shelter ,he very intelligent. he was so loving my little sweetheart . DEVASTATED , miss him so much !

I feel your pain.. I’m a elderly lady and lost my red Min pin this year after having her for years since birth. I miss her ( Katie) terribly!
I rescued my first Min Pin when she was 10 years old(black and rust). I spent thousands getting her healthy. She lived to be just shy of 18 years old.
You're a good person. Your Min Pin must have shown a lot of appreciation. My neighbor recently lost her Min Pin, Bella, due to medical problems. I saw Bella occasionally when visiting and grew attached to her. She was always incredibly happy to see mw walk in the door. She would stand on her hind legs and put her front paws on my leg while wagging her tail until I picked her up. She was such a good dog: protective, loyal, loving, charismatic, a joy to be around. I miss her.

I adopted a stag red male from a rescue -- he's my first Min Pin, maybe around 8 years old, and brilliant!! He's such a love.
my 17year old min pin(i paid $200.00 at that time for her) i had to put her down on her 17th birthday. i loved her so much and truly miss her . looking for a new minpin now

My Buddy was Chocolate/tan but he had some white hairs on his black only ,. When I looked that up years ago , it's sad he was a European type with faun baby deer type markings resembling baby deers, and he did look like a baby deer cutest thing I've ever seen , and huge ear's.
My dad bought me a red min pin 250€ but he's very picky with his food he only eats the expensive food.
I definitely see the Black and Rust colored Min Pins more than any other color.
I have a half teacup Chihuahua half min pin she is stag red and really tiny but looks almost just like a min pin but much smaller best dog of my life!

@MinPinNation What I was told by a breeder/shower is rather simply that the judges started preferring the Red or Stag MinPins for placing and that translated down the breed lines.
We got our stag red Min pin in our factory, she is timid always come to us when there is thunder

I LOVE my red min pin!!!! #pharaohAnubis He is colored like your Lucy, but a “clear” red male made from pure love. He is smaller than the other ones I have seen. They look obese to me in comparison. He may be on the thin side but I feed him a lot in proportion to his weight and also it comes from farmers dog. It’s a natural food that needs to be frozen. I hope he puts on a little bit of weight but I want him to be as he is. He flies around like Rudolph the red nose reindeer. He is airborne and prances around and he hardly barks. He’s not like your other video where you said they like to bark. When he does bark he gets down with it and makes a “ Rooooooooo” sound
Getting a stag red boy in a few weeks, he will be about $2000 (but that is according to the Norwegian breeder standard pricing)
👍Best wishes to you with your little red boy I hope you got him & by now you are hooked. Just a heads up if he turns out to be a barker. Our little adopted red boy was a nuisance barker & was returned several times so we got a no shock no bark collar for $23 from amazon & it worked. We only used it about four days & he no longer needs the collar. Smart breed. We’re trying tray training (TH-cam has several videos) our little Louie doesn’t like to go outside if its cold. They say It works easier with puppies.

Fawn & Rust, Fawn (Isabella) & Tan , Fawn (Isabella) Stag Red Granted the only the fist 6 colors (Black & Rust, Black & Tan, Chocolate & Rust, Chocolate & Tan, Red

My clear red came with a $300 adoption fee.
Sarge was 400- keep in mind We lived in Hawaii so not much of a gene pool and quarantine is expensive.

@@MinPinNation no longer, they’ve lived in NY and Va and now Florida. Sarge and Sally are very adaptable and love to move- though they weren’t thrilled about the plane ride since they were stuck under the plane. One more move and we’re done
Please rescue your next minpin. They are constantly in shelters. I think people underestimate their big personalities. My 15 1/2 & 13 1/2 died within 7 weeks of each other. I looked online in shelters and rescued 2 in one week! Cost me $0. Adopt don't shop.
