How to read your aura | Crystal Tips

How to read auras
Step 1.
Start by focusing and refocusing your eyes for a few moments. Next, close your eyes and allow them to rest.
Step 2.
Place your hand in front of a solid colour background, white works best, palm facing out.
Step 3.
Relax your eyes and start focusing on the middle of your hand. Notice your peripheral vision.
Step 4.
Now you can start to really pay attention to the blurred colour around your hand, still in your peripheral vision, it may be white or grey at first, you may not see any colour at all, but keep looking and be patient.
Step 5.
Soon the area will expand, and you will see a colour or a range of colours.
Step 6.
Once you have seen a colour or colours, close your eyes and for a very brief moment - you will see your aura.

It's actually much easier and you don't only see it for a minute you can see it for a long time all you do is hyper focus on the edge the very edge of something now it is easier against a white wall but focus on just the surface of the edge of what your looking at then you will see the energy slowly expanding until you can see it fully

I learned this by meditating until I somehow felt a electro magnetic pulse/ur aura. And then I looked at my hand and did this on accident. I always saw other’s auras but now I finally see my own, It’s cyan-blue on one side and pink/red on the other.
EDIT: Apparently Pink shows I’m caring and loving (which I am) and Blue shows I’m a powerful thinker that sometimes gets their head lost in the clouds (I analyse a lot but get easily distracted) 😌
