Really had me going for a long time there. Completely convinced that everyone was just walking by you as if something completely ridiculously awesome is not happening in front of them. glad I watched till the end.
I've been following Damien for years. I was born in 1971 and have been a guitar fan since I was 2 years old when I joined my first baby band and became a local hero. Kidding aside of course, I've seen a lot of guitarists over the years. And I can honestly say, that there are very few with the technical capabilities of Damien. In fact, I bet my retirement fund on his abilities to be able to shred just about anybody on the planet technically. My only feedback to the maestro is to use speed more sparingly. It's like minimalism, sometimes less is more. It's clear that there are very few on this planet that can play arpeggios at the level that you've established. Congrats! That in itself is an amazing accomplishment. But my only critique to you is that you have incredible soul, incredible improv skills, top-notch technique, and a likability that is rare. You become famous by being able to play a million notes a minute. And while that is admirable, from an older guy, you will be at the top of the world if you slow it down and use the speed with diligence and expression and focus more on the quality of your musicianship and each note in your songs. What do I mean by that? Can anybody hum your songs or your covers?
The guy's a shred monster and people are walking by with barely a glance given him, but they'll pay thousands to see someone in sequins preen with a pink guitar while barely playing it.
Some of those appregios looked like you weren't even picking them with your right hand, were you just hammering and pulling off? Amazing control everything sounded ridiculous in the best way possible.
Its background. Not lead as the guitar is lead guitar and moreso in being played as lead “solo”. The guitar supposed to stand out. It’s live. The backing track is to serve his own desire of ambience, key and rhythm.
Very few guitar players have his proficiency and most never will. In other words dude is awesome.

Потрясающе! Фантастическая работа! Скорость и при этом сохраняется музыкальная тема! Дэмиан-волшебник!
not from this world...... absolute madness
But he forgot to do one thing and that is making music.
Jesus man! Phenomenal yet again bro!!! 🙌🏻🤘🏻🔥

Amazing 👏

Its just not relatable in many ways, nothing against the player, speed does not automatically make it something that the masses are ready to consume.
Super👋🤩
If Eddie Van Halen were still with us and seen or heard this, he'd say, 'WHO THE HELL IS THIS GUY AND WHY HAVENT I MET HIM YET?".
id have to drink a whole can of coffee to play that fast
Had powerful workout

Totally insane...
I don't hear the backing track, it's almost Acapella... Still amazing though...

I see your eyes seem sad lately. Why ?
You sing absolutely wonderful, but unfortunately you still do it on the street
Lighting speed but no music.
Is fast, but he forget to do one thing, play and make music.
Musicis more than showing of.
I'm glad you messed up the minor third in Sultans of Swing...that makes you human in the end. 😅Incredible playing! Cheers
When your Santana Tribute band is set, I'd like to try singing the vocals for "Hold On" and "Maria, Maria."
