Congratulations on the aircraft! A fantastic choice. Last year I had number 2 fail during rotation with two others aboard and she climbed fine to 1000 only needing a tiny decrease in A.O.A Thankfully it restarted on the base leg but it was nice to know how surprisingly well it climbed.

this girl is the GOLD standard. I've never seen her caught off guard or frazzled. She doesn't do the power trip thing- radio skills are perfect; clear and brief. She does her checklists, reviews her emergency procedures, respects the cockpit. Kay; thanks for posting these.
@@lynskyrdThe objective to radio talk is to be Brief and Concise, she needs abit more work with that (personally speaking) otherwise she has great flying skills and doing a great job making these videos. 😊

@@JohnPitts Kay could have asked for deviations. She is experienced enough to know that unless she wanted to get the action of bouncing through the clouds and mom's reaction.

The mom couldn't look more terrified before takeoff if she tried. Mom had such a death grip on her seat she had to stretch out her left hand after taking off. I laughed when Kay mentioned the long taxi at Stinson, a tiny airport. I enjoyed the views on your approach, so familiar. I have flown out of Stinson in fixed wing and Helo for fifty years. I like your ride and your parents look so proud and so cool. The first video I have seen your dad in.

Retired Flight Instructor (with lots of twin time):
If I may... in flight turbulence: use rudders/ailerons to level wings. Seeing you fight it scares the crap out of passengers (they think they are about to die). Don't fight turbulence as overcontrol becomes an issue (Pilot Induced Turbulence).
On final, at approach speeds, you have low airspeed over the wings so large inputs of aileron are needed for control. You have higher air speed (due to prop wash) around your rudder, giving your rudder more effective and sensitive control. Use your rudders to level your wings (big deviations of rudder are fine) with little (or no) input from your ailerons. Much smoother (for pax), much more control and it looks much more professional.

first time to see this field from the air, I drive by it many times over the years, understand they have a great place to eat and a very good air museum. One of these days will have to check it out since i am a retired E-6 from the USAF and 100% disabled Vietnam vet. Great video and love the new plane.

Your mom is like me at the dentist. She needs some armrests to grip onto. Nice trip. The cameras are incredible. (Especially the width on that left-wing view. We can see straight ahead and a massive portion of the aircraft as well.) Keep flying.

Nice flight. That Seneca is like a little airliner. Some chop after the takeoff, those darn clouds. Your Mom could have used my "furry valium", my cat Rosie, who is my copilot when I am using Microsoft's Flight Simulator 2020. I love your unflappable flying talk, and you "commune" with ATC so much better than I can, which is why when I rent, I avoid controlled airspace since I only fly for recreation and book commercial if I have to go somewhere fast.

I love how confident you are in turbulence. We got moderate turbulence coming over Lake Tahoe in a Cherokee 180 and it was clear turbulence I didn’t see how pilot advisories. Great job Kay ❤ Love you channel.

THIS is the correct way to fly a plane all people onboard need to now and are a part of the safety Kay your doing a fantastic job of showing what should always be the norm just cos its ya dad DOESN'T TAKE AWAY the fact he has a job and all take it seriously and 10/10 so refreshing
