I was playing as a forward was 5 feet 10inch tall at 17 years of age and got an opportunity to trail in one of the A division league team and the coach forced me to play as a defender just because I am tall. since then I lost all my confidence. You cannot teach a dog to climb a tree. The are a lot of talents out there but the way we are coached, beuracracy and the fear instilled in player's mind kill their confidence.
This podcast should be shown to every football players in Academy and schools, i hope it inspires not only to be a good players but as human being as well. Respect AA

Coach AA understands football very well… he is the first coach ever in Nepalese history to give a break to 7 youngsters in his first debut match as a coach..needs to have loads of guts to take such risk…. Otherwise youngsters would have still been playing in B and C division without getting notice….
Yes GPR was like a commander of the army, pushed all to their limits and we were ranked top in South Asia for /1 year and highest rank we achieved was 141 I guess…
