constant 60 fps on a GTX Titan and i7 3930k, although during the Veteran Child clone mission where you take the alien drugs that gives you unlimited powers, it DOES goes down to 45-50 fps if you spam the fireball move 100x times over with explosions all over the place, but that is the ONLY slowdown that ever occurred. Still impressive on 2560x1440 though, that's still 4x the rendered resolution of the consoles.
What I find hilarious is that they have a cheat for unlimited ammo, when you can purchase unlimited ammo for all of your guns from your upgrades menu later on in the game anyway. So really it just makes the cheat irrelevant.
