Good review. Most e-bikes are shipped with horrible seats but easy to change as you mentioned. I recommend the Cloud 9. The industry names for the type of bike you reviewed is Step-Thru. The other is High-Step. Most people prefer the Step-Thru.

What I have noticed is that almost all E-bikes are rebranded for each seller. The basic bike is all the same.
I have 2 Heybike brands and my buddy bought another type of Heybike brand for his wife. All 3 have been very good.
