Good morning Joe. Happy Sunday. Oh Joe. Beautiful front elevation. I usually don’t care for interior columns however it shields the full view of the kitchen as I don’t care to see full kitchens on entry. So they work. Lovely staging in general and open concept. Like the formal dining. Beautiful kitchen. Waterfall island. Always appreciate a nook. Complete laundry 🧺 with cabinetry/counter/sink. Stairs? Didn’t see a primary staircase in the main hub. Ok. Waiting for the surprise. Good size bedrooms with Jack n Jill. Lovely 3rd bedroom. Lovely hall bath which doubles as the pool bath as I see the door. Again the pool bath should be solo, not sharing with the 3rd bedroom occupant. Beautiful sliders to paved covered lanai. Look at this pool indeed. Fenced. Numerous lounge areas. Need an outdoor kitchen on the lanai and then complete. Love the sunken French door entry to the massive primary with access to the backyard. Lovely en-suite. Appreciate separate vanities and 2 closets and windows. Don’t need the tub. Would’ve preferred a bigger shower but don’t know how much more space with the window there. Still lovely nonetheless. Was gonna say don’t need upstairs but it’s a great space for the youngens. Let them climb the stairs 😂. A balcony too? Nice. Love the bar 🥤🍾🥂🍷🧉🍹🍸🥃🧊. Closet. Bedroom and bath. Wow Joe. This home has a custom feel without being a custom home. I agree, we can knit pick on some things, but overall this is truly a great home and truly one of my favorites.
