You have to watch the series to understand the origin of the attacks. Don’t worry the later episodes aren’t like the first ones, infact they are madness.
Yeah, the laser eyes, the little toilet drones, the lightning bolt teleport, the sawblades, the mechanical limbs, all part of the canon. The series is actually filled to the brim with weapons of mass destruction.
This is giving me some hopes that we might see more Characters from Skibidi Toilet. xD

Yes yes, it is cringe and whatever but the mod seems to be selfaware on it which is kinda funny. The skins seems to be a reference during the time Skibidi Toilet was making episodes. And the attacks seems to be lore friendly since you asked. There are other toilets(?) with like cybernetics, blades, and multiheads. They are basically are the bad guys of like some weird war with anthro technology which they then use said technology in their own weapons. Thats the gist if anybody cares to know
