THE world's biggest pit bull cuddles up to his adorable new litter - valued at a whopping half-a-million dollars. The eight puppies were fathered by gentle giant Hulk, who weighs in at a huge 12 stone. And even though his owners say his bite could 'snap a man's arm like a toothpick', here he shows off his softer side by nuzzling and licking his new brood. The eight pups could collectively command $500,000 (£320,000) if they go through owner Marlon Grennan’s training school to become elite protection dogs. And there are even hopes one of the new batch could one day grow big enough to steal their father's crown. Hulk, who made international headlines when he was unveiled earlier this year, has also been in training to become a protection dog at Dark Dynasty K9s in New Hampshire, USA. The business supplies protection dogs to high-profile celebrities, billionaires and wealthy professionals - as well as law enforcement around the world.

@@lillypinkney2273 yes it is all in how they are raised. I have 3 pit bulls. Mom, dad, and son. We had 4. The other one was also a son. But three dogs that were not pit bulls attacked him while he was outside to potty. He died the next morning. There was nothing the vet could really do for him. He didn't know how to protect himself considering he had never fought before. By the time I got to him and was able to get the other dogs off of him it was too late. One had him by the throat and the vet believed one of the other dogs shredded an artery and he bled out internally. He bled a lot but I was able to stop it but Pitts are free bleeders so when something like this happens it is a race to save them. He was my 13 year olds best friend. They did everything together. The only aggression he ever showed was when a stranger grabbed her one day. He didn't bite the person but got between the man and my daughter and let him know quickly not to do that again and stayed between them until I got across the play ground to the and told him to back off. In my personal experience Chihuahua is the most aggressive dogs. You just don't hear about them because nobody is afraid of ankle bitters. If they were the same size as Pitts then we would hear the same stuff about them. It's all in how they are raised in how they turn out. No matter what breed they are.

There’s no such thing as a “bad dog” it’s the owners. This is an excellent example of well trained dogs and good owners.
Sometimes it's not the owners. There are instances where dogs are driven by instincts. Even trainers know this. The problem is bigger dog breeds causes more problems when this happens. Smaller ones are often times overlooked because they don't cause much harm.

I used to hang out with my uncle's pitbull and we'd eat carrots together. He'd hold them between his paws and stand them up vertically and start snacking on them. I was obsessed with Bugs Bunny as a kid, so the poor dog had to suffer through my sad attempts at impersonating him. He was a sweet dog.

Hulk reminds me of my dog Mack. Mack is about 170lbs. He can pull me around the house playing tug of war, yet I can hand the rope to my 2yr old and he flops down to let my daughter pull without getting hurt. Dogs are amazing.
