Thanks for the upload 👍🏼 I did this since my car was making a funny noise (on neutral mostly) turns out google said try to change the transmission fluid and this video helped out!!
Just purchased a 2006 Vibe 2 weeks ago. The cluch is brand new (Previous owner) but i do not know if he used GL4 75 W? I feel I should change anyway to be sure its GL4.
Thanks for the clear and concise video. What are your thoughts on changing the transmission fluid on a higher mileage vehicle that has never had it changed? Some people suggest draining smaller amounts and topping up every month or so but I don't know if that's just for automatics. I have 200,000kms on my 2004 Vibe (manual transmission) and I want to change the fluid. I don't know if it was ever done. Was your vehicle fine after the fluid change?
Yes for manual transmission, I recommend changing the fluid whenever you can, it should be fine, it's different when it comes to automatic transmission due to the clutch packs inside the transmission.
@@randomtallguyvlogs6756 thank you for the answer. Yes, that's what I seem to find online is that people need to be more careful with automatic transmissions but I wasn't sure. Sweet. I'm looking forward to changing mine out. Thanks again for posting the video.
Thank you! Im going to change my fluid soon and this is very helpful
Thank you
