How to Change a Tire Valve Sensor Battery
Required Materials:
New battery (matching the sensor's battery type)
Small screwdriver
Utility knife
Pliers
Sandpaper
Adhesive
Steps:
Dismount the tire from the rim. Use a tire mounting machine or a tire lever to do this.
Unscrew the valve nut. Use a small screwdriver or pliers to loosen the valve nuts.
Remove the plastic cap at the bottom of the valve. Use a utility knife or pliers to remove the cap.
Remove the battery carefully. Use pliers or your fingers to remove the battery.
Insert the new battery. Pay attention to the polarity when inserting the new battery.
Put the plastic cap back on. You can use adhesive to secure the cover.
Tighten the valve nuts. Be careful not to overtighten the nuts.
Remount the tire on the rim.
