Thank you so much for posting this video which is exactly what I was looking for. I suspect the painted vent/rain gutter piece you removed is leaking water through the mounting holes and running into the trunk on to the battery cover.
Just curious if you know a part number or what those grommets are called that are used to hold the paint matched part of the rain gutter on behind the rear window? I’m dealing with those currently and all of mine are already broken

Yeah man, part number is 51131870459 for the grommets and 51131904479 for the gasket!
