I have a bunch of wireless thermometers. I usually cook with it. It’s pretty accurate but you really have to use another thermometer of your own want precise doneness. Ive noticed while monitoring with my extra wireless probe that after it finishes, it is still cooking and the temperature will rise fast if you don’t pull it out even after it cuts off.
