Chakra control does let you walk on water and on walls, but there is a button for it. You can look at control, and change controls you don't like. Also a good skill to get and upgrade is potential unlock, when fully upgraded it let's you go 100% which is basically doubling your stats
You should be a Hybrid between Naruto and Sasuke. Kind of like Xenoverse where you travel in time to like save history? But you only just do the Story and you use their skills. That would be a really cool idea.
If your interested in other anime-type mods I would suggest getting the Naruto Anime Mod, it has tons of naruto related content from Justus, too clothing, too even being able to implant a tailed beast inside you, also another Anime mod that is really cool is the Mine mine no Mi mod, it is a One Piece based mod that adds Haki, the six powers, races, and many of the Devils fruits from the series.
