The mod grants kekkei genkai through advancements just like becoming a medical ninja. Use the /advancement revoke command to strip your kekkei genkai and you will be randomly given one again
that seed is perfect for one piece survival instead

The rinnegan is not Uchiha clan related it's from the otsotsuki
I kind of is related. I might be wrong but the otsutstuki are the creators of the uchiha. Mostly because of Indra
