I’ve actually decided to use the idea of “hacker riders“ as the term for the endless supply of foot soldiers in Kamen Rider War Robots.
Idea : Give Na-go's handlers, John and Ben, their suits dammit! They can be riders in the adaptation.

This is a pretty interesting way to adapt concepts from Geats. The digital world is probably something American audiences would appreciate.
To be fair, this show could be another/ future Kamen Rider Dragon Knight....

Two things I absolutely love about Geats is how despite the riders having almost the exact same suit with the only difference being the helmet, they are also very unique thanks to that too, and the raise buckles just make them stand out even more, and the second thing is how it opens the opportunity for the viewers to just, imagine what their rider form would be like if they were into the DGP, their animal motiff and their rider name, and also a game based on this season involving Multiplayer team-based combat with character customization would have been so cool
I got chills when you described everyone’s wishes/desires allowing Geats to become Geats Oneness, fantastic video as always
The interchangeability of the costumes makes this a good choice of adaptation for practical reasons, as these suits can't be that hard to make original footage with them. Which is good because I can imagine quite few ideas of my own, some of which overlap with yours, the big ones being:
1) Buffa's friend appearing in-suit in the first episode with his death happening here instead of a flashback.
2) Nadge-Sparrow is the one responsible for Buffa's friend's death instead of Riders with no identities.
3) Dan-Paan dies during the Zombie game and is one of the Riders resurrected by Tycoon late in the series.
4) Punkjack is a Delza Shin from a previous DGP who appears in "Round Two" i.e. after the Knight Jamato battle.
5) Nago's Father is also a Delza Shin who became the first Game Master before resuming his Gya-Go form later.
6) Beroba and Kekera's monster forms are their true forms as the Queen and King Jamato.
They are probably my favorite suits, I love the shared base suit conveys that they all use the same system. Then how the large raise buckles and ID cores give the unique identity to each character.
A way I thought about adapting geats. Is in the end. Suel is revealed to be a future version of whoever geats will be. Trying to stop geats from his shenanigans to help the future, but goes rogue
I actually showed my entire class the first ep of geats but after geats transformation sequence, I had to stop showing the class geats cause we had to go to the school field for a class photo….🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬, which resulted in everyone in class thinking geats is a bootleg power rangers😩😩😩😩😩🤬🤬🤬🤬, I mean imagine showing something unique to your friends only to be interrupted by a stupid class photo taking, it just sucks , but despite that, I am obsessed with Kamen Rider Geats

Such a intriguing and fascinating idea for an adaptation for Geats
It’d be awesome if they entertained the idea of a real life game based on the rules of DGP. I’d enjoy the heck out of it if it was a VR game. You could customize your helmet with whatever animal you chose with whatever color scheme you want, being able to pick your own Kamen Rider name and what kind of special attachment you have for your own suit.
Literally I originally thought the matrix-styled story was how Geats was gonna end up, with their world being made by the future humans; explains the digital effects as well as the intro of geats braking through a digital barrier bridge.
Personal wish for the story incoming:
Not to mention the barbed wires that drag the characters through their premade storylines, which ace eventually breaks through due to his ma putting him in as the child she couldn’t have in the real world. In the same way an artist might draw and create something they long for or WISH to have.
So she would have tried to create her version of a perfect world. Yet she was trapped in her own creation by the other person (the game master) who helped develop the world with her.
He would have taken over the digital code development and reworked it for entertainment; bc he saw a different ideal in the world they were creating. One of a simple exhibition of how a perfect world was one where only those with true power, with sponsors, with money, with historical wealth, could and should rule the world.
Hence sponsors giving power ups and making Kamen riders out of the characters they like to see a world ‘won’ by the sponsors own personal ‘heroes’.
(Flipping on its head what it meant to be a Kamen rider in a commentary style upon our own real world interpretations of Kamen rider, of idol, media.)
And he thought ace’s ma’s version of a perfect world was perverse, so he trapped her eternally in it to watch as he made her world his own, and proved his world, his desires, were superior.
Ace would have broken out of the ties both his ‘mother’ and ‘father’ created for him to show that the perfect world isn’t made by one person’s own desires, but of many working together to create harmony.
Could also tie this in to tsumiri being his ‘sister’ in that she was the daughter the game master made had made. Ace would have the same arc of persuading her to his side of fighting against their creators, and the dark tsumiri would be a copy of the original, the first version, the game master made.
Even boost mk 9 would be a thing of ace’s mother accepting that in order for her child to be real, to be ‘perfect’ is to grow on his own and therefore gave him the god powers to undo the changes both she and the game master made to the world; which ace would have ultimately given up so the digital world could decide it’s own fate, to follow it’s own desires.
Ngl that would have been a fuckin amazing story to see unfold and given even more meaning to the already spectacular ending of tycoon, buffa, and nago being the ones to defeat suel and the future people audience.
It occurs to me I just basically remade tron :/

Thomas sir, this Rider Potential is cool as heck 😆😆😆 The inclusion of Cross Geats and Geats Oneness in the adaptation is amazing, something original series would never do that.
Here's my take on Geats' adaptation and forms that haven't Introduced in the original series:
- Give Command Form to Na-Go. Also I wanna see Na-Go to gain Fantasy-Beat and the most powerful of all, Fever Fantasy.
- Ziin and Kyuun should gain their Premium Forms with motifs of Kamen Riders Geats and Na-Go respectively as opposed to Beroba and Kekera who have Jyamato themes.
- Give Nudge Sparrow a Jyamato Form and later gain an upgraded version of Jyamato called Jyama Garden.
- John and Ben should become Garun and Lancer with 100% PHYSICAL Suits! The original gave them a chance to become Riders and wasted their potential off screen.
- Samas should become Gazer 2 after her double crossing with Niram during Suel's absence.
- Make Lopo and Keilow return with their personal buckles: Formula (retooling from Drive Type Formula) and Sage (retooling from Wizard Infinity).
- Give Tycoon a Shadow Ninja just like Geats Boost Mark 3 before his transition to Bujin Sword.
That's my ideas for KR Geats adaptation.

Honestly the only change I would make based on your story ground work would be the end. Geats oneness plus the overwhelming wish of every Rider for their world to remain actually pushes the DGP system to its limits and actually manifests the DGP rider world as a new planet in the real universe, thus the world will always remain.
For my idea:
In every world, there's evil to threaten the lives of the innocent, but there's also heroes of light called "Kamen Riders" to take down these threats. But what happens after their story is over? The DGP wishes to answer that! Join Riders from across the multiverse as they compete in the multiversal game show, fending off the multiversal threat of the Planterz. "Ace" is a literal masked Rider, keeping his identity a secret. Kaden is a newbie to the show, who Ace starts mentoring. Join the two as they take on the world in Kamen Rider, Ace!
So my idea here is that it's always seen as a game show from the very beginning. 1st episodes for 2 parters will have cold opens framed as interviews. And the Riders will go to all these different kinds of worlds with different gimmicks to them, all to have the Planterz essentially be feeding off of the worlds' identities and using them to attack their people.
Some characters keep their development the same, though most have slight changes to make their character feel different from the characters they're being adapted from. Some of the main ones I want to change up:
Ace: Ace keeps some of his mischievous air to him, staying behind a mask, always having a sarcastic and witty comeback, and keeping everyone on their toes. But I want some more emotional development to show. He had subtle development in the first couple of arcs, but I really want it to show. Ace here is a man healing from grief. He doesn't want others involved in his life simply because he doesn't want others to get hurt, he's always distant like that because of his mysterious past.
The supporters: I want each supporter to be a character that would already be involved in some way before they even become supporters. Jean was donating to the DGP before becoming Ace's sole supporter. In fact, he was Ace's secondary Rider to his main Rider, the two go that way back. Since before Ace joined the DGP. Gilligan was the oldest serving Rider on the DGP, but his last season (arc 2) he gave up his spot to Kaden. He sees potential in Kaden to become a "True Kamen Rider", which is why he's the only one who wants to become Kaden's supporter. Kyuun's rep is Neon's rep's father. The two had a shattered relationship, and his arc becomes slowly healing the bond the two had. Now, Beroba's rep's situation is weird.
SO: Beroba is the Planterz Gardener. She's been working with the DGP because her grandfather held a contract with the DGP since around the 70s. She's more resentful of her role, wanting to be famous and on the spotlight rather than just a tool for the DGP. Enter NadgeSparrow and his sponsor. Before NadgeSparrow is booted off the show, he has the opportunity to steal his sponsor Rider equipment, revealing he's been working for Beroba's rep this entire time. To which she then sponsors a then revived Michinaga rep.

Nice ideas for Geats
The ideas are very good and I like your integration of Tsumuri as Gazer here. I love your analysis on the Geats suits and the items and why they work so well.
For me, my idea for the adaptation is that instead of having the DGP, the Geats Adaptation is going to be called the Desire Detective Organisation, where its made up of Desire Riders who are detectives aimed to solve multiple crimes around the world and seek the truth of the Jamato.
The detectives are equipped with the Desire Driver and multiple buckles to fight off against the Jamatos but also used for detective investigations which makes the smaller buckles more versatile.
Ace will rather become a mysterious rogue detective who was disqualified as the DDO detective for unknown reasons. Ace comes to save Keiwa and the rest whenever the need arises all the while investigating on the secret of the Jamatos.
However, his personality is more comedic with both a confident and charismatic look. He is clumsy and can do silly things. He has the personality similar to Momotaros but he does get serious when the time arises.
For Keiwa, he will rather become the official protagonist of the show. His personality is the same as the show but he becomes a detective because he learned from his mentor that the DDO contains a secret power that helps Keiwa to obtains World Peace. He learns to be brave and know the value of fighting to achieve your desire.
The theme of the show is about seeking the truth no matter how painful it is so that you can achieve your desire.
I have been waiting for this
In my huge crossover of all the franchises I love, Geats is the season I do the most with since the crossovers main character is Geats, different name for the person that becomes Geats , but with Tycoon, Nago, and Buffa, I kept their names the same. Basically the main villains in the crossover is Jitt and Samas since in the universe where the story starts the final episode hasn’t happened yet, and basically I made the real Jitt (since in the show proper he was just a puppet) kind of like a devil where he’s completely malicious hates everything and wants the entire multiverse to have a Bad End. So he enlists Samas to help him (however since he only cares about himself and hates everyone else, Samas is kind of forced into helping him, but helping Jitt is the only way Samas would’ve survived as when Suel would be destroyed so would Samas) and Samas has the Vision Driver to be Gazer plus the Zillion Driver to be Regad, and Jitt has the Vision Driver to be Glare and the Zillion Driver to be Regad Omega. Ace is in the story but as an ally as he is essentially a Deity at the end of the show, he should have access to see different Universes/ Dimensions, there’s a lot more to it but if I continued this comment would never end. 😂
Even tho I Don't like geats I still think it would be a pretty cool adaption if they learn from the original show and improve the things that didn't work in said show

I REALLY wish Geats would get adapted, because the battle royale concept is just absolutely perfect. With the popularity of things like Fortnite, I’m sure tons of people would get into it on the premise alone, and a western studio would probably have a field day creating different scenarios within the DGP for each episode. If there was any show that would be a good starting point and get Kamen rider into the mainstream, it would most likely be Geats.

I like the overall idea but I kinda had the idea of Tsumuri and Ace being actual siblings in a way and they are both the kids of the game master, in this case I'll use Suel. In my version, the reason behind the DGP is because Suel made the digital world for his daughter whom he lost tragically (cancer or even truck-kun lol) and fixated to the point of creating a digital replica of her. The DGP was created as a means to fund his daughter's world and with Tsumuri being a "staff member" she's protected from being a participant in the games.
Ace in this case would be Suel's estranged son who left because his dad was consumed by grief in a way Ace couldn't do anything about. Eventually he saw the DGP happening irl and saw his "sister" involved too. Having remembered what his father was up to, Ace tried to hack in himself VR-style but got stuck and glitched by DGP malware or whatnot. This caused Ace to lose his memories and end up just another character in the game world. And because they're estranged for so long, Suel doesn't recognize his son's avatar (for lack of a better word) at all. This can be used as a device to explain why his belt seemingly can interact with the Laser Raise Riser, a device only real people/hackers can use. With the Vision and Zillion Drivers being usable by those designated as staff members or game masters.
As Ace regains his memories, he tries to meet with Tsumuri and talk to her about who she is based off of and why she exists. This leads to her sorta rebelling in a way to periodically help Ace in the DGP games. Suel, being so far down the rabbit hole of trauma, starts seeing Tsumuri as a failed creation and makes Dark Tsumuri as his "ideal" version of his deceased daughter, especially where she is wholly subservient to him.
Edit: Idk if I need to say this exactly but if thomasjujube or anyone wants to use or piggyback in any way off my rant, be my guest. Not to say I wrote the most amazing little backstory, but I figured I'd at least say "idrc if you use my idea."
One idea to adapt geats : keeps everything the same but replace Japanese actors with foreign ones
Kamen Rider Jetlag: The Game
I don't usually bother thinking about casting for these kinds of projects because they're generally made with nobodies. But I just want to point out how funny it would be if they got Michael K. to play Geats, and call him Ben Ace and Tom Constantine as either Tycoon named John K. Wahh or Buffa called John Michigan. They didn't want to give John and Ben helmets but now they're the protagonists.
While you're at it, cast Dan Southworth as Neon's dad to continue the timefire memes.

I had a neat idea that has the death of Kamen Rider Shirowe be the cause of Geats as the belt will be used by Keiwa who becomes Geats or become Geats once more but cause of the transformation he doesn’t fully get his memories back from his past life and as the series goes on each boost power up being born from him remembering his past

For my adaptation of Geats a little explanation first. With my adaptation of Zi-O the last few episodes would see the world in an unrepairable state. Zi-o, Geiz and Woz would defeat the end boss with a theoretical finisher the Triple Chronos Break. This would have thought to reset the time line but it would have instead altered it leaving slight remnants of the prior time line. The Reiwa Era or Reiwa Timeline as I call it would have the Reiwa Rider seasons using aspects from prior rider adaptations.
Now for my Geats adaptation it would use aspects from my adaptations of Ex-Aid and Ryuki. A new VR game known as The Desire Grand Prix would be released and it would be a Battle Royale style game. However a virus would be leaked through by a vengeful former developer which would give birth to the digital forms of the Jamato. After what would seem like only a few hours of battle in the virtual world our main rider heroes would return to the real world where it has now been several months becoming the Anti virus Riders using the real world Laser Rider system. It would be through my version of Ace that the real and virtual worlds would become blurred; creating a functioning Desire Drive using bit of the Laser Rider system and the data from the game. This would allow for real Desire Riders in the real world where they would fight to defeat the developed Jamato threat and it's creator
Battle royale, power rider game fox .
My adaptation will be a bit darker as we head to the 2025 power ranagers reboot, the adaptation takes place in 2025.
So we start off in japan, were kou ( the season's main rider )is called the the rider game. He meets up with hanzou and a couple other riders, by the names of ali, walt youri and daiana these are hes teammates, they later get two new teammates anders and a legendar rider, philip. power rider gaia ( my adaptation of kamen rider double ) there are 33 riders. The first game is red light green light, mic : " all players stand completely still on the field " each rider has a podium they stand on pre-game but one leaves his podium too soon. Causing the monster to rip its tenticles out and destroy his driver. His fate is unknown. Diana questions the fact that there were only 32 riders on the list, pumpjack says that he entered last moment. Players share insights on the game , thimking the monster looks really feaky, 2 players even bet. Mic : " the first game is red light green light, you can move forward while the monster plays insert themes. If your movement is detected afterwards uour driver will be destroyed. Like the guy that jumped off his podium. " as the podiums disappear the mic announces that the games has begun, 10 riders get eliminated after round 1, including 1 just before he could cross the line. However, philip noticed that pumpjack moved and didn't have his driver destroyed. Kou asks what they get if they win this whole competition, and the dgp trophy is reveald, along with a lot of money.
First pause : the players head back to thier rooms as buffa ( hanzou ) meets a staff member, the waitress. She appears so humble in thier first encounter. But later that night he saw her with a bunch of files, " geatsune " she said. Hanzou calls kou in order to figure the situation out, but all they could hear is " the 2nd game shall be ".
Game 2 : this is a race to take crystals, there are 2 crystals less than the amount of players. Causing 2 players to be eliminated.
Game 3 : mic : " welcome to your 3rd game " and well dobe choosing your teammates, thai game is tug of war ". Team 1 vs team 2, team 1 won but pumpjack was in team 2 and picked his lock off, philip watches. Being confused but deciding to stalk pumpjack. The next few matches were tweaked to make certian people win and others lose. This is the first time the game master is mentioned " maybe there could be a game master pulling the strings " said hanzou. " intruder alert " game master : come on man ".
Next we have game 4 which saw the surprise elimination of hanzou aswell as the near elimination of kou but philip saved kou and gave a 2nd chance using hacks.kou faced off against pumpjack but then pumpjsck revealed that he was the game master ( kamen rider glar ) " I wasn't the original pumpjack, I eliminated him in order to sucure a vessel for me so that no one would suspect that u was behind it all. Bye kou " kou loses but as I said philip hame him the continue medal so 5hat he would hop back in. Later they revive hanzou after he attacked them, the waitress poisoned him and then they revive the original pumpjack after he attacked them and later the rest and we end with a final battle and the game master lost for good with his realm shattering and kou's squad win the dgp. The end
For me my version of KR Geats adaptation will be starting off as a VR video game and later transition to reality game show.
Going by Zoids Zero.
The Laser Raise Riders will be two kids (Ziin & Beroba), a young adult (Kyuun) & adult (Kekera).
I don't like the idea of PunkJack going as Glare & Tsumuri going as Gazer. Bad choice.
Ace's counterpart will be either an alien or a reincarnation being who's played the games for centuries as he fights to be reunited with his mother and for her freedom.

I had this idea to link Ex-Aid and Geats together into an adaptation, like Kamen Rider Chronicle gets severally out of hand or something lol
Kamen Rider Outsiders might be going that route. But this time Dan Kuruto will be aiding a fellow kami da, Ace.
This idea sounds like it would be excellent; however, my main concern is how you were going to sell the series
History shows that popular TV channels have a toy line, and introducing this series to other states

I hate that people (mostly bored Americans) think something needs to be “adapted” KR is fine the way it is. The “Power Rangers treatment”aka adaptation just blows lowest-common-denominator chunks

You get so many story elements wrong its Baffling and leaving me questioning where you even got some of your terms , like "Hackers" no their "Supporters" much like in Gaming Streams it allows anyone who's willing to shell out the cash to provide benefits to their favorite players
And Buffa Surviving is due to a side effect caused by Over use of the Zombie Buckle granting him Zombie like properties
And so much more I can't even begin to correct woth just one comment.

I'll admit his adaptation sounded so close to the Original It slipped my mind, and was content to back off from my error, but I will still stand by the fact I feel it would be a Poor adaptation, becoming akin to a dot/hack knock off, especially "video game characters" gaining sentience, I would instead offer real people fighting in said game that could influence real life, and the players later freeing it from its corrupt Managers .
