Even as I write this message, tons of cocaine are moving around the world to reach their customers. The issue is never Escobar, the issue is that state administrators are secret Escobars. Remember, everyone has a price..
You’re absolutely right.
He’s been dead more than a decade.
But nothing has changed
It's every where where I live see it daily easier to get than real medication at cvs 😆
Tell that to all of the police that were murdered because of his 100$ bounty, tell that to the politicians and judges that were murdered because of extradition, tell that to all of the people who died becaus of his ego. Fu
I find it hard to believe that his family doesn’t have money stashed somewhere. That is just too much cash
and it never will, humans strangely enough like to feel pleasure, who knew ? lol ..
What's the actual point in censoring someone saying cocaine? We know who he was and what he did. He wasn't a carpenter. I think we're all grown-up enough to hear someone say the word.
I was wondering the same. I assume it's some ridiculous TH-cam rule regarding demonetizing content with certain key words? Just a guess.

Shame that the narrator translates over the voice of the interviewees.
Can not hear a thing with two people talking at once.
The fools who edited this are supposed to turn the original voice down when the translator begins speaking. I suppose they were drunk when they made this one?
En même temp c'est un reportage en français ! Ça me semble évident... c'est toi qui doit être ivre

Same here. I stoped watching the video because of that. It's annoying to try to understand two voices at once even I'm fluent in both english and spanish.

The DEA doesn't want the illegal drug industry to go away. Without the market for illicit drugs, there would be no need for the DEA.
The billions spent on the DEA each year, the high paying officials of the organization have a self interest or conflict of interest to see its continued existence. The illicit drug industry could be eliminated if the DEA or the US government wanted to do it.

Absolutely, this 💩 was awful 😖
Although escobar was brutal his death and the capture or deaths of others has done zero% to stop the coke trade
The only way to stop Cocain traffic is the people stop consume it
Instead of having super organized cartels they shattered them into smaller organizations..
It actually increased while he was on the run
Supply and demand. You can never and will never be able to stop any drug trade bc there will always be a market for it. Best any government can do is legalize, regulate, and educate people on what the dangers are
That was a personal vendetta for Columbia and for the sicko's from USA it was a hunting trip for their favorite creature to hunt "a powerful human being"
What people don’t realize is that what made him a titan in the industry is he had the best idea out of all of them, he offered insurance on loads for other traffickers. Give him your load, he moves it, if he looses it, he makes you whole again free of cost. That what made him the giant he became, it was a deal no one could pass up…
👌😃👍
Not mention he was given a green light by the CIA initially.

BEST DOCUMENTARY always does so very well in content and presentation.. this Escobar doc has narration at the same volume as the dialogue which is being translated, so it is as if the volumes are in competition rendering BOTH indistinguishable from the other.. must just be an oversight ... RIP to all those poor souls lost needlessly
Government had fault for them as well 🥱
you never know these government might did those things and blame them to pablo
@tojimmichaelg.6889 I highly doubt that
If the government wanted to stop the king of cocaine pablo escobar he wouldve dissapeared but i think government didnt care the gov could stop him
All those lost lives, terror, broken homes, etc has it helped stop the flow of drugs? Or has it only gotten worse and more harder to control.
Each time the government takes down a leader 10 raises up to take his place
That's one thing that's hard not to notice why take out one guy that has things under control and things run smooth,, then when you take him out bunch of other people start fighting over territory and things get real violent it makes it worse
Cause they want the guys to do what they want and their best interest. If there’s any pushback or they feel the Don is getting too big he has to go
I am pretty sure Pablo's family doesnt know all of the locations of his money. Even today, when they're tearing apart a random estate in US, police find money that belongs to Escobar. Imagine you have fortunes all around the world but you dont know the locations😢
We need a part 2 of this
Old man Fabio Don Ochoa was the very top leader. He started the business and got all the people like Escobar involved. His son Jorge took over the business and ended up serving prison time. The old man never paid the price for what he brought to the world. In 2024 we are still paying the price.
But he ended up being filmed next to Escobar while drugs were being discussed.
I am not sure how this one happened.
@@leoarc1061 No he wasn’t in that video, that was the son young Fabio or possibly Jorge. They were settling up new transshipment locations in Panama and were probably checking out the operation on one of the first run through. Most were shocked to see Pablo, one of Noriega’s men on that video. Others have said Barry Seal talked them into being present that day. Sealed Barry’s death warrant either way……
Yeah a £100 for a gram of prop
Wow YT just deleted a long reply I made here! Screw that!
@@leoarc1061 no that was the son Fabio, Escobar and one of Noregia’s men. The old guy rarely left the ranch as I recall. It was one of their new trans shipment locations in Panama. Not sure if Barry Seal talked the big shots into actually loading the plane, but his fate was sealed when Reagan showed the video to a national audience.
Awesome upload, however, the amount of censored words on TH-cam these days is ridiculous.
It’s getting bad bro. This use to be a safe space.
The left has taken over the 🌎 unfortunately
It's a reflection of how people are now. Some are so sensitive that just hearing certain words offends them. Unfortunately, everyone is catering to those people. Advertisers don't want to be "canceled" bc their ad is shown on a video with "offensive" content. So TH-cam restricts and demonitizes anything people complain about. It's absolutely ridiculous. It was supposed to be a platform for everyone to say what they want, now it's more censored than actual television.
@@KingMe2 Things like the term safe space are what got us here. I'm guessing you meant it as a place that was safe for people to create content without censorship. Unfortunately, now people think everywhere and everything should be a "safe space" for them. People need reality. One's safe space should be inside their and if they don't like something going on inside that home, change it. Like a TH-cam video for instance.
@@James-vn8zb yea I mean safe as able to say whatever we wanted. 10 years ago things weren’t blurred out. Every curse word wasn’t beeped out. They even starting to sensor words that aren’t curse words.

So Pablo was shot thru his temple inside the house, but still managed to jump out of the window and cross about 20 feet of roof before actually dying? I feel like this same guy has told multiple stories about Pablo's death. I believe at one point Pablo was shooting at them from the roof. I also like how he said the window used to be higher, then they go to the picture and it's at the same height. We get it. He was running away and they had a kill order. They never intended to capture him alive.
He jumped out of the window and started to run across and was shot ear to ear by a US sniper, Columbia wanted the recognition for the kill.

Great documentary overall. Pablo was close to taking over the Columbian Government. The US most likely feared another Fidel Castro situation, but far worse. With the exportation of cocaine, Pablo could have been very powerful on the world-wide stage & I suspect this was a motivating factor for the US. It wasn't a war on drugs, but the fear of losing control.
Great comment.
The Usa is keeping South America poor. Venezuela has the most oil in the world yet America won't allow it to become a powerful nation from oil.

Great documentary on Pablo lifestyle. This one is up there with a lot of other great videos I have seen on Pablo. The only thing I disagree with is the guy @ 45 minutes, telling how he killed Pablo. People who were actually there said, “ he came out of the window trying to escape but found himself in a shoot out.”. There are also footage of this one army guy in a car who had seen Pablo first and called it in. Great video tho.

Truth is Pablo although a ruthless man who killed with no regard for those who got in the way he kept that dark aspect of the drug trade at bay as well as one can and he had a level of control that had authorities taken a different approach and our governments been more honest letting the fact that drugs will always be here and readily available some kind of partnership could have been could have been sought between the two sides so that Pablo could run the drug trade with less murder and terrorizing of people and the government could have got their kick backs
