In regards to the blue screen issues on the Playstation platform, they are prevalent on the Original and Slim Model Variants from the PS4 systems. This happens because of a combination of 2 things. 1- The Poor Optimization of the game due to less than ideal development decisions. (The game utilizes an indexing method of each and every single item you have in the Sakura Inn Inventory, the blue screens would happen most of the time when going to the Shinobi Boosts menu in Tenten's Item Shop or Sakura's Inn after changing Outfits, which is basically the two main things that invoke an index check) 2- The underwhelming hardware of the aforementioned PS4 models, since the game is pulling alot of Indexed data in such a short amount of time, the game process would hang, it would freeze, not being able to compute and process a huge chunk of data at once which would result in a blue screen error. This is common if you are having the SS bundle on a PS4 (Original) or (Slim) Model. To reduce the amount of blue screens, there is a fix you can try which would greatly reduce them, it is recommended to do the following : 1 - Go to Tenten's Item Shop 2- Go to the sell items tab 3- Sell all of the duplicates you are willing to discard (Items you don't care too much about removing) 4- Make sure to do it for both genders, and accessories too. This should reduce the amount of indexed items that needs to to be loaded by a considerable amount which would help reduce the amount of index it must buffer. This issue is caused mostly by the hardware and poor optimization by the developers. Xbox is no better, if anything the original Xbox is weaker in terms of hardware so these issues are more prevalent, on PC it depends on your hardware, but most of the fatal errors aren't from Sakura or Tenten, it's from In-game Ults and the poor implementation of InstaLOD plugin.

finally someone is talking about this problem. i crash multiple times when playing constantly going to the blue screen and disconnecting from the lobby and then just about manage to get one game in after like 30 mins of crashing and disconnecting. the thing is i really enjoy this game but this bs just makes it unplayable and not fun.
