I'll be darned. 6230 Pennsylvania Ave, Kansas City, MO, still exists, and looks darn near exactly like it does in the picture at about 06:47 in the film! The house on the right has been redone in some brown cedar (or some such) shingles, and looks the worse for it, but the house after it still looks exactly like it did here. Of course there are tons more trees and bushes around.
