Yess you're right! We did adjust the fitting and fixtures where by it's not as tight as before, and some gluing maybe required to support a strong hold. Yes, lots of thoughts and architectural planning went through to actually create a realistic build of Jiufen Old Street in Taiwan. The details are makes this alley and the kit beautiful and that's what we want to achieve it while keeping it simple and straightforward for our customers to build it with ease!
Just started working on this. Page 1 Step 5 (at 0:53 in the video) the part number has me confused. What part number are the two supports supposed to be?
@@Mister_Grumbles Hi! Thanks for reaching out to us on this. Yes, it should be 235 instead of 103, we're so sorry for this error on our instruction manual. 🙏🏻
@@irislin1041 So sorry about this - if you have any questions with regards to the building process, please shoot us an email at info@byanavrin.com, our team members will guide you through any issues you face!
Hi! Unfortunately, our JiuFen Old Street Book Nook does not has a dust cover at the front, we will take note of that and find ways to implement it in the future!
Yes you're right, but we would say it's more of tedious than hard because it's quite a detailed and intricate build and we want this kit to look as real as the actual location hence there are a lot of small parts required to support additional wood pieces such as signages, building textures, clustered roofing tiles just to show that, that's how it is in Jiufen Old Street based on our physical visit and experience! Yes, we highly recommend using a super glue/quick drying glue just so the entire process will be faster and no waiting is required for the glue to dry on the wood pieces. Please feel free to reach out if you have any feedback or if you ned any help with the building process, our team is always here and happy to help! :)
Omg, I freaking LOVE THIS!!!! Great Job! 😊
Yayyy! Thank you so much for your kind words, this means the world to us!
It's a great kit. I ordered this and can't wait to make it.💕
Yayy! Thank you, we can't wait to see you build it as well! :)
Great video, but the guy needs to shave the edges with an X-acto knife for a much better look.
Some sanding should have been shown to smooth out those rough edges, but great video! I have to admit, there's a lot of detail in this!
