I just got a Shiny feminine Quaxly that I evolved into a Shiny female Quaquaval in the Pokemon Scarlet DLC using the Triple Masuda Method with the feminine versions of the Paldean starters and 3 Japanese Dittos and it has its Hidden Ability, Moxie. I named her Peacock, by the way, just in case you're curious.
