Definitely feeling the sv trim more. I saw this on the road today and was shocked that it was the kicks, it looks so good! I'm so happy nissan decided on this redesign 👏🏽
I like your reviews. So many of the reviews on the new Kicks are ticking me off. They either bash the new Kicks, or they bash my old Kicks (which I like and have had no problems with). You just said they fixed some of the complaints people had about the old Kicks, which is true. They listened to people and tried to do that. I'm fine where I live without AWD. My car was fine on snow. I did get stuck (until someone helped me) in my parking lot once, but that was my fault. I let the car sit for days and let extremely heavy snow freeze around it. Also, I did not know to disengage traction control to get out of snow. My sensors all work great (unlike many other car brands). My gas mileage is excellent. My highest gas mileage was 48.5. All I've had to do are oil and filter changes and tire rotations.
I just bought S gray 25 yesterday. I starts loving it. I bought the 2024 this year as well. They are a beautiful and good car. I always look for the beautiful experience of having them not the negative side. Thanks for sharing❤❤❤
I was waiting for new Kicks and most likely go for SV, surely SR would be my preferred option but the price tag over $30k is a negative side. Thanks for clear and simple comparison!
Great video! It was very informative. I just traded my 2021 Kicks SV for the new 2025 SV FWD premium package. Like a few hours ago... I am so glad that Nissan did something different with the 2025 model. Prior to the 2021, I had a 2018. They were starting to remake the same car through this year. I was seriously considering a Mazda SUV just to have something different and actually feel as if I was upgrading.
thats awesome congrats on your vehicle and thanks for watching ive made a full video going through how the touch screen works you can watch it hear th-cam.com/video/F6OCBddgpQs/w-d-xo.html
A 'Huge' plus for me is that all the 2025 Kicks models come with a minimum 8.4 inch ground clearance, which is needed in Northern Ontario 'Snow' country to lessen 'hang-ups' in the harder snow/ice.
I’ve watched a few reviews and decided to subscribe even though I’m neighbor to south in Rochester NY. Definitely like the SV for the price. The SR interior is better but for me 19” rims are overkill. Agree with owner of last Kicks model. FWD most of us need for everyday. FWD is all I’ve had since moving back here about a decade (aging parents) ago. My 2001 Jetta 5sp fwd with Blizzak snows and my current car 2015 Camry fwd have had no issues with snow here. Grew up here in 70s. I crack up when car shoppers insist on AWD. We managed for generations on RWD cars, station wagons (some lifted 4x4s) plus Jeep models, pickups, some of course were true 4x4s). Anyway to keep Kicks simple I’d rather get FWD add snow tires. My folks Forester with all-season tires didn’t drive as well as my Jetta in snow. Hard to find fwd versions ( if awd offered) of vehicles here because everyone believes they must have awd. Think Nissan has a winner if All new Kicks model & 2L 4cyl proves reliable. Glad they chose to go without tiny turbo 3 cyl like GM and Ford uses in their subcompacts or weaker version of Rogue’s. Thanks for reviewing the S & SV. Peace ☮️
hey thanks for watching.... and appreciating you joining the community. From the sales perspective I i get so frustrated when people demand AWD. I believe it has a lot to do with the marketing as well always pushing all wheel drive. Certainly a good set of snow tires gos a long way and will lower insurance
Definitely the SV for the leather wrapped wheel and wireless charging for phone. I like the fabric of the SV better even more than the top SR trim. My 2011 Rogue still runs great but I want a safer vehicle with better crash protection. I definitely like the redesign of the body, led’s all around and the infotainment system is not a giant distraction obstructing the windshield. I don’t need power seats and power rear gate lift either so glad Nissan kept this simple.
I like how the 2025 Kicks SV in Canada has the same digital automatic climate control that my 2023 Nissan Kicks SR Premium has. It looks like the 2025 Kicks SV in the USA does not have the automatic climate control even with the Premium Package SV. Only the SR has the automatic climate control but its touch Sensitive.
@@carsunlockedNow I’m really curious if there’s any way to swap the climate control in my US-spec SV to the Canadian version. In theory, it should just be the control unit itself, some temperature sensors and of course wiring
Legit laughed out loud when the Simpsons clip appeared - thanks for that. Also, I've seen an SV trim without the wheel covers installed yet and I honestly thought it looked better. Steelies are due for a comeback. Missed opportunity Nissan!
I bought the SR version 2 days ago. Canyon bronze a beautiful color on the body style absolutely love the look. Funny thing, in 2021 I bought a Rogue sport or what ever you Canuks called it. The kicks was just too toyish and under powered. My local Nissan was pestering me to sell them the Rogue. Apparently because of the hurricanes used vehicles have become in demand. The salesman wanted to show me the new kicks which i imagined to be the same college kid SUV. I was wrong the kicks has grown up. nice styling and features enough power and the cvt is smooth and responsive. I love the flares in the hood, give it an aggressive look.
I have both 24 and 25 sr kicks i like both 24 is a little better with the fog lights 25 is better because of the all wheel drive anyway it go like both 24 and 25 it's hard to say
Everythings a tradeoff between performance and economy. My new Kicks gets basically the same fuel economy as my old Focus while being a lot more vehicle.
Just bought my 2025 kicks sv prem traded my 2020 sentra it was a great car same motor in new kicks great gas mileage people need to look at this awd I’ve owened a lot of cars and trucks NISSAN my choice
I love that you state CAD & USA prices in your videos.
thanks for watching!
Hes is correct, you say the amounts and its appreciated @carsunlocked

agree, the SR would be nice for all the extra driver assistance things, but the 30K price tag... will probably go for the SV as well
The SR has AWD that’s why it’s a little more expensive

In Canada there are 3 SV versions , SV FWD, SV AWD and SV Premium AWD, I would like to see video comparing SV Premium AWD and SR Premium AWD
thanks for the insight
thanks for the insight
I just bought the sv,,, I am learning very slowly 😊
Im posting a video tomorrow just for you
The SV is very good, but looking forward to the review on the SR. 😃
stay tuned

ohhh for real didnt know this interesting

So that blue edition were a new model 2025 Kicks but decided to go with the current new re-model 2025 Kicks instead??
yes this is a new colour for the kicks
What about the ground clearance between S and SV model
its the same
Definitely getting the SV trim.
great choice

thanks for watching glad we made you laugh
I've always preferred 'Steelies' over aluminum alloys, after one time over 20 vehicles in 40+ years that I owned.
Chris is would go for the sr version it looks so sweet!!!
stay tuned!
@@carsunlocked will do !!
i'm in US and i'm gonna test drive the SV cause of the remote start and better hub caps.
great choice

And did you do it???
Like The SV for the price and options.
Love the “Qeye” charging 😆
yea i dunno how to say it
@ lol
No spare tire? Forget it. I'll look into Honda HR-V, which has a spare.
yea little disappointed about this
Does the S has heated seat? As this feature isn't listed on the spec sheet from the Nissan offical website.
interesting the canadian one has heated seats not to sure about the us version
need to say up front when giving price what model fwd or awd
thanks for watching these are both fwd
S or SV fwd and optional awd 2000$ more
Do you do comparison videos like the Nissan kick vs kia Seltos thanks much
i certainly can
I like the ground clearance
its gonna help come winter time
Why did you choose to sell Nissan? What is your outlook for the future of the Brand?
the outlook it looking good I didnt really choose Nissan kinda just feel into it and was not to picky about which brand I got hired at
I think this is more of an upgraded qashqai then an upgrade of kicks. Looks cool.
Its replaced the qashqai
Such an informative presentation. I didn't really want to know the presenter's religion but it did make for a few giggles. 🤭
thanks for the kind words
I just bought the brand new sv and it doesn’t have remote start or heated seats
Are you in Canada even the s model has heated seats
Did the ‘24 at the beginning of the video throw anyone else off?
stay tune as we are comparing them both next week
I have both 24 and 25 sr kicks i like both 24 is a little better with the fog lights 25 is better because of the all wheel drive anyway it go like both 24 and 25 it's hard to say
you have both? wow
@carsunlocked i do uber and I make about 5000$ a month and I pay off the 24 nissan kicks off this year i buy it in 23 and now I buy the 25 this month
@carsunlocked but the 25 don't bring no spare tire
Can't open my trunk from inside. Senior Citizens. Must get out. Should have wanted for new kicks.
not sure what your asking?
Here in America, I think our Kix s doesn't have any Android Auto or iPhone integration
really it definitely should
yes it does
@@cloud-1997 Does it? Nissan Kick S? It doesn't even charge your phone. Please share if you know better than @occckid123
Im here for the pair of gray pants😂😂😂
lets gooo
SR for me
Thanks for watching
sv brooooo
thanks for watching
Easy, not the S, the S is too rental fleet crappy, lol!
Right, I’d never buy a new car with CarPlay!
not sure what you saying?
I see your comments in every kicks video lmao
Unfortunately they both have 141 HP….
They need at least 40 HP more IMHO.
They could have offered the 3 cylinder turbo with 200 HP in the SR
then the price would go up
Everythings a tradeoff between performance and economy. My new Kicks gets basically the same fuel economy as my old Focus while being a lot more vehicle.
@@carsunlockedeven if it was a 2k dollar option people would get it because it would get better gas mileage and be wayyy faster.
It's hard to focus on the vehicle... my eyes attention tends to go focus on something else 🤦♂️🤷♂️😅✌️
thanks for watching
Why on earth did you not compare the SR? Makes absolutely no sense.
There are 2 more models in Canada, SR Premium and SV Premium , both have panoramic roof, but SR has the Bose 10 speaker premium audio
i will be soon you dont think this is something consumers are considering?
Nissan from mexico.
thanks for watching

SR Premium
coming soon
Wow beyond over priced. Why would anyone choose this over a Kia Seltos!?!?
cause its a kia
Exactly much better quality then a Nissan.
Nissan from japen then Nissan from USA and Canada
yes
