    I'm admittedly bummed that I didn't go with my gut instinct & buy bitcoin few months back when it was 20k - 25k range. is it too late to get in and make profits? i have set aside $150k to get fully invested this year

      i don't think it is. Once bitcoin crosses it's all time high, it becomes the new bottom. Anything under 69k is a good buy. It's still advisable to work with a fiduciary advisor instead of relying solely on speculations

      The only issue you might have is the fear of missing out, just like everyone else. A good number of people discredit the effectiveness of financial advisors in exploring new markets, but over the past 10years I’ve had a financial advisor consistently restructure and diversify my portfolio/expenses and I’ve made over $400K in gains… might not be a lot but i'm financially secure.

    Having an AI therapist always be around, always listening to what you say and trying to optimize what you do is EXACTLY like having helicopter parents. Most ppl aren't going to want that. It'll be really popular when it first comes out, ppl will experiment with it, then they'll get sick of feeling judged and turn it off.

    Somehow it's interesting to me that in all your obvious excitement in this future technology there's no mention of potential down sides . To quote your guest.. " anytime you can deliver intelligence into the world it's good thing " obviously intelligence has made human life better, however it also gave us gun powder and nuclear weapons.
    To me the future you're describing is bith exciting and frightening. Exciting for the reasons you gentlemen have laid out here. Frightening in what you havnt addressed. That is the inevitable nefarious use of the technology by man. One thing is for certain. We'll see!

    I’m confused about Bitcoin. I purchased it a couple of years ago based on the assertion that it would be a hedge against inflation which didn’t pan out. My big concern at the time is that it’s a fallow asset that’s stored in digital vaults instead of doing some real and much needed work in the world. Has anything changed?

    • @elsavelaz
      @elsavelaz 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes. My thesis was on this. You could swap out with quantum encryption but it would make the number of transactions that fit on the block reduce dramatically , so it would be no longer possible to put in as many transactions into the block , and that would change how people use it. Unless there is a dramatically different way of generating cryptographic keys. China claimed something such as quantum blockchain , which is actually real. However quantum blockchain is not the same as the bitcoin blockchain

    • @elsavelaz

AI, not people, will turn itself to the water shortage and AI is going to address energy issues and we are getting close to time travel which is when the entire script changes. Sentience is a non-measurable phenomenon. If the computer seems to be sentient, that is scary from a social and spiritual standpoint. The idea that we are reduced simply to meat computers, that leads to a very very bad place. If people and animals are simply mechanisms, how do we hold on to our morality and compassion?

    • @churde
      @churde 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      lets say you get that questions answered right now. we are meat computers. will you behave differently the second you know that? probably not. you see it doesnt matter because it has or hasnt been that way since forever anyway, in other words your fears are just a little panic reaction to a new fact. like how people of the past were scared of the idea tthat he sky is actually not a dome/ceiling and discovered they are stars etc. or other bs about demons/spirits etc

    • @basicforge
      @basicforge 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@churde Who cares if the sky is dome, or not? How is that related to the fact that we will be in crisis when we cannot discern the difference between a person and computer that behaves like a person. It will be a kind of societal mental illness riddled with cognitive dissonance. Not looking forward to it. The very notion that you can live forever by copying your mind into a computer (as if we really know what is a mind?) is one of those ultimate pseudo-scientific fantasies. But, I guess if you're dead you won't know that you didn't continue on in your android body. Oh well.

    i dont agree with salim, we already have capable robots of many different shapes, the thing about a humanoid is, like peter said, our world is built around humans, a human robot can be put ANYWHERE, and it can do ANYTHING a normal human could do, theres no other shape that can do all of those things, you cant have a spider robot that does EVERYTHING a human does, you cant have a spot robot dog that does EVERYTHING a human does, and other thing, every time someone says this, that the human form is not the most efficient, they are talking as if we have to choose between humanoids an non humanoid, we dont have to choose, we are gonna have both, non humanoids came before, now we are going to the humanoid era and can automate much more work than any other shape of robot before, and those two types of robot together are gonna be the best combo

    All the time IA is already saving us the world, is a big jump, lots of people saving time over time of work and energy, you have a work you need someone to tell you whats right and wrong, so IA is perfect and only that have save like how much cost of transportation all over the world, and time, so more free time all over the world efficiency up and increasing.... having a tutor IA that you could ask anything is a dream. Good times.
    You have code is wrong the IA tell you what's going on, save you months and books, and courses etc...
    So nobody care about AGI they want skills, ability, functionality, nobody wants to have existential problems with his computer... or have a robot that can kill people and is alive, and you dont need memory or AGI for that.
    You have a robot that can take simple orders and do simple stuff we have way more the best chef will be a IA robot that anyone can buy, or a free software, will have nose sensors, eyes, heat laser, more vision, better chef...
    Everything is now here the only lacking is the software, and now tesla has the best driving software IA.
    Surgery IA software will come soon, its so simple you put the video data, just like sora but more complicated stuff like tesla driving and elon musk could have the best IA doctor surgery plastic... you could make the chip IA included and sell like bread....
    We need liposuction free for all, and do soaps with that fat.
    All the world efficiency is increasing
    Of course IA will destroy all jobs, why would not?
    There this sacret knologeded that make you better person, that why is sacret is more than useful, and the IA get it, you could talk to him about your situation and ask for poems to liberate the mental burden and the poems work.
    The german wealth started wen they make obligatory in school the bagabata guitta book as study, just that make them a world super power, there is this powerful knowledged that make you happy and better... IA get it.

    What we call primitive societies were often incredibly spiritually advanced, or capable of tapping into non-material dimensions. The Egyptians, the Mayas, the Native Americans, and many others.
    Are you guys watching the Gaia channel yet?? Cutting edge spirituality for lack of a better term. I don't agree with everyone on that channel, but there's a lot of material there that's worth considering.
    The tech industry comes from an almost entirely left-brained viewpoint. Yeah, it's ironic that all these people trying to advance technology are trying to do a lot of things that humans are capable from a right-brained viewpoint - telepathy, connecting with other dimensions, even other beings.

      I work in AI now but first studied psychology, am Mayan (mestizo), taught kindergarten 9 years, my second mom is an energy healer , follow Abraham hicks and Joe dispenza as examples - and it does come back to the science of quantum
      , it really does, including telepathy . They’re not wrong

      @@elsavelazWow. Very cool. Human consciousness is expanding right now, along with the explosion in tech w/AI and quantum computing. I hope we can stay balanced - left and right brain, masculine and feminine, etc.!

    We do talk about Jesus's skin color actually. It is talked about a lot. Probably entire books and hours of debates about it. The original depictions were from hundreds of years ago.

    29:22 Interesting. You understand it's "garbage in garbage out" but you never stop to ask where the garbage came from. Why is there so much of the garbage that this is the result we're seeing? And you want to say the woke culture hasn't taken over? Who generated the inputs? Gees, this is like the second interview I've seen Ismail in where he completely misses it.

    The reason there were guys driving around on a buggy on the moon and now we can barely send a toy car up there is because they never went dummies.
    Let’s destroy all of the technology that got us there back in the 70’s after we went. Why?
    No telemetry data either, lost. Lost? Come on.
    First time that technology was destroyed and not built upon.
    Just don’t buy it.
    Watch 2001 Space Odyssey. What you saw on the TV in the 70’s was Kubrick’s best film ever.

    It's unbelievable how these guys really think we actually went to the moon.
    We didn't have cell phones until 25 years ago...or even the internet 30 years ago...But you think we went to the moon in the 1960s? Crazy

      No doubt! The very first time we tried, we invested $2000 and after a week, we received $8,500, that really helped us a lot to payoff our bills.
