This model is currently selling for $381,900 and the Treymont community has an annual HOA of $300 ($25 a month) and no CDD.

I try not to include prices on the videos anymore because they keep increasing so fast that the info is usually inaccurate after only a few weeks. The base price for the Waylyn in Treymont is now starting at $452,900.

@@davemcdowell4563 it could happen. I've already seen price reductions from DR Horton and KB Homes. The demand is still very high for this particular community but with the buyer slow down, price reductions or at the very least spec homes could be a possibility in the near future.
