I love your videos with one caveat I can’t do all of these exercises and it would be really helpful to have modifications I can’t lift both arms of the ground when lying in my hands and face . I can lift one but not both I can’t drag my legs into ti meet my hands so that my back is straight against the pole I wanted to love this workout but I ended up disappointed with my body Is there -any modification for those exercises for folks who can’t do them or is it just a give up and get lost situation ?
This means you gotta take it slow and really work in shoulder strength. Wrists tend to hurt because of not enaging a proper position, not working with your fingers enough

My neck always shakes and strains when I do those exercise holds in The beginning (leg lifts)
At 17:33, this hurt my quads so badly. I keep pushing through bc I know it will be worth it.
