    Thanks for the great video, just one not pole-related remark: it may be a visual artifact but the leftmost ceiling beam looks really bent, have you ever considered having it looked at?

    Thank you. I’ve not started on handstands yet. I have some neck issues / disc challenges but it hopefully 🤞 something to achieve one day. I loved this video as it really gives some things to think about ahead of time.
