Imagine if Cagalli or Neo/Mu realized that that they could aim the blasters and Mobile Beam turrets towards the Akatsuki to create a Beam Deflection Spam.

Orb's entire gold reserve. Need to hide those gold bars from Blue Cosmos' dirty hands. If it's the old Cagalli, she would've hold her own against Shinn for a bit longer. Destiny caused Cagalli voiceless for a decade. Let's just hope Shindo Naomi return for next SEED project.
@@Joshua_N-A Cagalli’s voice actor was protesting about the $h1t script and speaking up for Shinn’s VA, so she got frozen by Fukuda... both Cagalli and Shinn need justice
@Russell MC yes, Shinn was treated unfairly by the writers and Cagalli’s VA spoke about it, but Fukuda’s wife was having a serious illness and Fukuda don’t have the mood to think about the senses and the script became bad.
Because he didn’t use enough brain cells to write Shinn’s character, so the audiences hated Shinn and Kira was later returned as the protagonist. It’s still sad that not many people known about this truth and just trash talking Shinn... it’s purely the directors and writers fault...
@Russell MC but we still have a lot of Shinn haters out there... I am not fanboying Shinn but he is pretty real and he could’ve have a better development, missed opportunity

I doubted we can use it smoothly TBH.. some of the weapons are very hard to use

Since Akatsuki doesn't need VPS it has more energy, if you think about it.
True at the expense of next to no physical damage defense
Perhaps the weapons got better output, but the armor itself is full of weaknesses that is too easy to expose, once the enemy finds out you can’t defend physical attacks, they will switch to ballistic/physical attacks to kill you. So, between VPS and Yata no Kagami, I will choose VPS on my MS if I am the pilot who custom it.
@@zethythonix altho zeth I would argue that in space. The yata no kagami is much better since most if not all enemies use beam weapons anyway. Couple with the necessity of more power needed for the shiranui. I would think that the Akatsuki, being what it is, is more an elite suit. Mu is probably the ideal pilot for it with his expanded spatial awareness and being formerly a MA pilot much more comfortable at evading attacks (he doesnt need to now anyway).

Well technically the Akatsuki can use the strike Striker packs just not the shoulder-mounted weaponry but it can still use the backpack mounted stuff like the aile striker the sword mounting system for the sword same with the Canon for the launcher strike, and that's okay

Strike E is my favourite variant and Strike Rouge's Ootori pack is the best IWSP pack as it promotes both mobility and adequate weaponry.

Akatsuki is a bit questionable because Fukuda basically made it up, imagining designing a Striker that Cagalli can’t use, Cagalli don’t have high spatial awareness so why would Uzumi designed something his daughter can’t use?

Personally, I always end up laughing when looking at Raigo Gundam's face.
It's one of the derpiest looking face a gundam ever had, next to the badly animated meme RX-78-2 "long face"

That new ms from announced seed manga is also a strike based one, cause not only visually in some parts, but also it can mount all striker packs, including sholder units of original launcher/sword packs

Jesus Yamato being villain was originally the concept for a scrapped season 3 BTW... just Fukuda didn’t make season 3 after the Destiny mess

For my favorite, I will choose Strike Noir, because it got tactical cool moves and the color scheme is so cool! I would love to use that color scheme on my future car one day XD
For realistic choice, if I am a pilot, I will choose Lightning Strike Gundam, because no matter what game or what sports I am playing, I found myself to be better when I am a support character. So, based on that information, Lightning Striker will work the best for my style and skills as I can provide good support and long range sniping.

Do you know which pack on the Raigo is which treasure? I think the Speculum is the shield, Caliburn is the sword and Sumbullet is the Jewels; am I mistaken?
Oh God, SEED Stargazer was so good and should've been much longer.
Also, I think it's rather stupid that the Akatsuki can deflect a positron cannon, as a blast of positrons is a blast of literal antimatter.

Raigo Gundam is definitely one of my favorites. The lineart is a little wonky. But theres a scratch made model kit out there that i saw, looks a lot better.

Great vid mate. Can you please talk about Astray line msv or anything from Victory and Advance of Zeta. Especially the MS from Black Otter Team because the design and tech look so different from normal MS at the Zeta era.

I always wonder, why they create a rifle first then shorty?
Because rifle is like a prototype, the shorty rifle is an improved and miniaturized version of a standard rifle, but the shooting range is shorter
Plus, Strike Noir is pretty heavy so light weight weapons will help to maximize its mobility and movements

HGCE revive is a MUST! TBH, Strike E and Raigo were the hardest parts to write, because the information is messy and hard to find the complete information

Imagine they developed a multiphase reflective armor capable of similar protection to phaseshift armor but with reflrctive capability of the akatsuki. Add that with tones of weapons and funnels with heavy armor 🤣 now you have a joke of a mobilesuit. Lets not forget to put 2 nuclear reactors one for the suit and another for the pack.
Sounds like a very seed design for me, which is extremely overpower

What makes neo such a bad char clone?
neo's jet windam is just 40-50 percent faster than regular jet winds. Char's zaku 2 is 3 times faster than regular zaku 2.
