This video is footage of the CEC 20th Anniversary Show for the Awesome Adventure Machine.

"Whoomp! (There It Is)"
This is video footage I recorded for archive purposes.
The show was recorded on a Sony Hi8 camcorder with video fed to a Sony Betacam SP video recorder. Audio was recorded directly to the Betacam SP deck from the Laserdisc source. Due to the nature of the camcorder used there are some slow focus issues due to lighting.
The video has been optimally digitized, cleaned up, remastered and upscaled using AI technology to 4K. It's been uploaded to TH-cam at the recommended H264 maximum bitrate.
The audio has been untouched from the master (Linear PCM) and only compressed by TH-cam.
Note: This show was produced in Dolby Surround (Unique to the AAM)
For optimal playback watch this video on a 4K TV with a Dolby Digital audio system set to Dolby Pro Logic or Dolby Pro Logic II.

If they had this kind of lighting and used upgraded animatronics/songs, kids would be obsessed with these shows like when we were kids
I showed this video to my 5yr old brother and he was captivated by all the moving parts and stuff that looks like it was made of garbage, he kept asking me questions about where it is and what happened to it. He absolutely loves to collect random pieces of wood and metal and stuff so this was so interesting to him, he asked me to take him there but I told him that it doesn’t exist anymore and he looked pretty disappointed.
Such a shame that this was too expensive to maintain. Probably the most smoothest Chuck E animatronic out of all the others.
I showed my 5yr old brother this video and he was super interested in the animatronic and the set behind it
even sadder, the store where it was built , just closed on St. Patrick's Day 2024.
They could’ve remove a few parts to save money

I’m glad you enjoyed a look into the past of show concepts at CEC. This was the only one ever built and it was replaced with Studio C.
This looks like a Disney attraction
Interesting fact, this concept was designed during the time CEC was working with a Disney related production company in Orlando. Search TH-cam for Epcot's Cranium Command and you might be suprised by similarities.

I remember the chuck e cheese song whoomp there it is when I was a kid and I watch the clip that chuck e and friends swat the fly on the cheese. Really funny lol.

There were four 4ft UV bulbs in his cabin.

Yes, the white blocks are a visual artifact from glare reflecting back from the show stage and the cameras auto iris and focus. It’s the same on the original master.

I watch on an iPhone featuring speakers with sound coming from each different side. Must be Dolby.
This show was unique as it was in Dolby Pro Logic Surround but plays back in stereo on non-Dolby equipment.
@@brianhagan My phone has Dolby Atmos so for example, in “Oh Yeah”. I can hear Pasqually on one side and Jasper on the other. And in “Whoomp, There It Is”, I can hear Pasqually and Helen on the left side and Munch and Jasper on the right side. Impressive, huh?
