Why is everything so good and charming in Taiwan? Taiwan had always been most wanted travel destination. I hope everyone over there stay healthy and happy until I can finally visit. Koreans love pretty much everything that came from Taiwan, including pineapple cakes, chewy milk tea, giant castella, semiconductors etc. GOD I wish I were there.

In the US an omelet doesn’t include any batter/pancake type base. We only use eggs and the fillings that are chosen. But I love the idea of using a thin pancake type base like you do in SE Asia...seems like it would be tasty and give it more bite. Every time I see a video with oyster omelet I start craving them. I need to visit as soon as all the borders open up again. ✌🏻💕😊

This is too funny, my uncle was a cook in the navy during ww2. He would come from Oklahoma and pick up me and momma and head to the mtns to go fishing! He loved to fish. He would get me and my cousin Steve up at 4am, and unfortunately all he seemed to know how to make was eggs for 40,000 people! Everyday for 2 or 3 weeks. To this day I don't eat eggs, and haven't been fishing in like 35 to 40 years! To much of a good thing. All in the family trickster, a 67 Olds Vista cruiser. Hope you enjoyed it and it gave you a chuckle in this crazy time 2/22/22
