Incredible!!! Totally worth the wait and such great questions! I really wish they would fix Crach (my 1st leggo before I knew how to reroll AND how horrendous he is.....and of course he's A3). As for the unit that needs a cinematic: KHAMET! The camera pans across the dark, ancient tomb. Dust particles float through the air, illuminated by the flickering light of torches. Hieroglyphics cover the walls, depicting the life and triumphs of a forgotten pharaoh. The camera zooms in on a grand sarcophagus, adorned with intricate carvings and jewels. The lid begins to tremble, then slowly slides open. A mummy, Khamet , emerges, its eyes glowing with an unnatural light. Khamet's eye flare bright as he notices shadows creeping towards his resting place. The ground begins to shake. Khamet steps out of the sarcophagus, ancient bandages trailing behind. With a wave of his hand, the torches blaze brighter, illuminating the tomb in an eerie glow. Khamet raises his arms, chanting in a forgotten language. Dark magic swirls around him, coalescing into a glowing skull of hellish energy. He thrusts his hands forward, and a wave of dark magic engulfs the intruders. He unleashes another wave of magic, and the intruders are consumed by darkness. With a final chant, Khamet's magic engulfs the last intruder, turning him to dust. The tomb falls silent once more. When you are talking about Crach being your 1st leg. you say "...before I knew how to reroll..." What do you mean by reroll? Can you explain that? Tnx!

My favourite without video could be Alaura, I love that girl, a video where enemies receive arrows from nowhere and at some point she appears suddenly with her ultimate can be bloody epic!
As for the unit that needs a cinematic, I feel Magda would be good for cine. Yes she is a new hero but her tag is "the wrathful Avenger" who is she avenging and who is she hunting down for vengence, or did she even manage to avenge them. ---cinematic idea --- Cine: Starts with the camera being first person perspective fighting an enemy, in the mids of a large scale battlefield and gets killed and looks over at magda in her own fight, magda glances over as the camera lingers for a second or two, camera switch to Magda. Third person over shoulder behind magda doing thrusts with her spear in her fight glances over and camera follows her gaze, as Magda ignites with the blue lightning and her wings flair out as she looks back at her opponent and impales them with an empowered thrust before starting a dash over to her dying companion. Camera switches angle to camera from enemy perspective seeing Magda charging the screen and as she closes in she does some multi thrusts while her spear and herself crackle with the blue lightning, then it cuts to the model.

I think the Empress Venoma definitely deserves a cinematic. Perhaps she spinns a few times and smashes some shards, revealing the souls of champions. Or maybe Apsan, charging onto the scene, then riding away with your hopes and dreams.....
To me, I can’t believe believe Setram his own cinematic. I love to see a cinematic that involved something like the dwarvin ruins in Morrowind or other elder scrolls games as that is what I picture a robot like Setram coming from.
My fav hero without a cinematic has to be Razaak after the last Cpt. Reved event. He is such a poor soul and i believe his ult and general skills would look amazing in a cinematic environment. Nice content share as always and have a nice day everyone!
I am glad the transparency question was brought up and liked you didn't back down on how the rates presented in game aren't accurate due to the different buckets! You handled it tactfully! As a long time player, when people had the rates it felt better knowing which heroes I may be getting more often vs others in the more rare pools. When those became less transparent, it was like Moonton slammed the door on something they didn't want us to see. It does make getting the rarer legendary heroes feel more satisfying just by knowing I got something great even if it's a duplicate etc. It also makes getting that A5 Crach more expected I suppose is the best way to put it and less of a heavy blow or cause for confusion I noticed some new players have when they get repeated common legendary heroes. We just know going into it when there is transparency As for a character without a cinematic who I would like to see one for, I think for me it would be Lugaru. I've always liked his design since I first saw him and even think his animation is pretty cool. I'm a horror genre fan and like the whole vampires vs werewolves in the lore, so his cinematic going into how savage he seems and the reason he is the wolf king would be pretty epic! Great Interview with actual in depth questions. Not just softballs. As for the hero that needs a cinematic. Khamet needs a proper entrance showing off the Undead Pharaoh with god-like powers he is. I really just invision the cinematic going like the end of his story text, him becoming the undead pharaoh. But the end he slams down his staff like (he does in-game) for a grand look at me moment.

Nice interview! Thank you both for the work in this. hero with no cinematic for giveaway: There are a lot of great choices of course but my favorite hero must be Idril. I was lucky enough to pull her as one of my first epic heroes in the game, and she has carried me through the campaign and is still very useful in various content.
I love Moonton. No other developers in my experience have gone so far as to sit with the player base and just talk. That alone deserves some praise. Then, they go hard at work and implement positive changes constantly. Their new content in this release is SSS quality, I’m having a blast and I haven’t even summoned the new heroes yet. I can’t wait for what’s to come in the next 12 months! Just a note for the space, this does make me want to spend more money on the game because I feel more bonded with it. It doesn’t feel like a rip off to spend money and continuously get more of what you want - content.

Great video and amazing questions! There are a surprising amount of powerful legendaries without intro videos, like Silas and Khamet, but if I had to pick one, it would be the iconic Dolores! There's lot's of tantalizing potential there since she is a dancer.
The unit that needs cinematic has to be Crach! And the start of the cinematic should have a strong resemblance with a strong hero that has a cinematic like Hatssut for example. That way the excitement of pulling the Crach daddy would be 100 x better when you realize after a few seconds in to the cinematic what just happened
I would say my favorite hero that doesn’t have a cinematic is Ardea. The video I would guess is just her noticing “bad guys” about to break through a door, and you see her wrapping the chains around her arms. Then picks up her two weapons and it fades and she’s about to throw them. Edit: if I’m a chosen winner, I’ll send you my UID Fasti!
Gotta be Cuke. Intro starts with some smoke and out walks this badass lookin goblin. Pulls back his bow, trips, launches the arrow way off target and throws a trap in a corner away from the enemy. The end.
Setram needs a video! I picture it being an action-packed video with him surrounded by hordes of monsters. As the camera zooms around him, we slide into slow motion, bullet-time moments as he methodically eliminates each of them, one by one. When it seems like there are too many monsters to handle, he activates his ultimate, going into Fortress Stance, and just obliterates all of them. Finally, he collapses, overloaded by his ultimate, surrounded by the carnage he's wreaked.

I want a Kai cinematic, I know he isnt good but my first ten leggos were Apsan, Nocturne and him. I bet you can guess who I got 5 copies of. It was so nice getting some real Physical and AOE. As for the cinematic it needs to have something to do with hunting a drake, after all hes wearing dragon armor. Maybe hes in a dense jungle like the kineza cinematic jungle.
Magda - With her maintaining the strong buff she'll have a lot of usable opportunities through progression and endgame. The story line of revenge and hunting humans has potential. Content that features a faction war between the fae and humans is something I'd like to see. Also some type of buff/debuff against opposing factions. Thank you Ivy, Fasti and Moonton. Great to see a Developer so open for feedback. I think Artemis deserves a cinemstic. I got him during his launch banner and was sad that there was no video. I see him in a dark city like London or Berlin during a zombie plague outtbreak where he is hiding in the shadows, jumping over the roofs to shoot with his sniper rifle on undeads roaming across the streets in a rainy night.
I was reading something the other day, I forget if it was a YT comment section or discord, but Artemis was getting some shade, and that surprised me. He's one of my favorites. A great healer that you can use offensively as well? I don't know. Am I missing something?
Loved the vid! Pretty decent insight from the Dev and I hope the game continues to improve and prosper. I know a lot of people dislike him, but I'd love to see a Uredin cinematic. From his story, when he walks into the aristocrat's banquet and they laugh at him...then he draws his sword and starts cutting people in half, literally. Severed heads and limbs flying around. Blood spraying everywhere, the screams of the corrupt elites filling the night sky. Sounds like fun 😁

Considering what a staple Silas is to most of the accounts and how much lore he has with Vierna (even had ingame events) it would be really nice to bump him up with a video of his kingly might or how he falls from grace due to their tormenting love
Watched all the way to the end and still no confirmation if that was "Snoopy" that was answering lol. Great questions and they did a good job of answering where they could and I personally can accept the limits of what they could not speak to in the level of detail we all would love. Those limits on details come from way up the chain I am sure and are not decided by the Dev answering.
Sup Fasti thanks for the interview! My favorite champion that doesn't have a cinematic would be Cyrus. I use him all over the game as dps and a tank and love him. Silas for sure has been my mvp and has gotten me so far in the game without him a lot of content I’ve cleared would never have been possible and when I first pulled him he was my second leggo I ever pulled and he deserves for sure one hell of a crazy video of him just being ruthless mowing down a few raid bosses ;)
Arrogance is my favorite hero. I got very luck and got him when I first started. He carries my team. Love Abomination as well. Could have Arrogance wiping out tons of mobs when his ultimate pops off in the video. Good video. Great info!
I don’t really understand how Silas and Arrogance don’t have cinematics, especially considering both of their bond mates do and they are some of the strongest heroes in the game.

Solcadens, hands down. For flare (pun intended), I'd imagine a scene of frozen tundra, with a bunch of frostborne units. Solcadens floating above, would be casting his ultimate (in a Freeza pose, from Dragon Ball Z) with one finger up and casually his ball of flame down. Leaving nothing but a scorched earth. End scene.
As essential and clutch as Idril is it’s criminal she doesn’t have a cinematic. It would be awesome to see something with her new skin. Something like, she’s attacking from the shadows and steps out into the light and the fighters that are attacking her have a jaw drop moment and she shots and arrow right at you.
I want a Silas cinematic for sure. For being one of the most powerful heros in the game it's surprising he doesn't have one yet good interview, looking forward to the improvements

Dolores should have definitely a cinematic, since she is so valuable in the game and in the top 3 of most used epic heroes. A cool cinematic would be seeing her supporting a bunch of all start heroes like Silas, Hex, Arrogance, Vierna etc. :)

I think defenders need some love in terms of cinematics. Brokkir should definitely have one, maybe also have his brother Azhor in it as well? Like them fighting a big dragon or something. For extra spice, I also think these two should have a bond skill together!
For future dev questions, I'd love a response regarding ancient exclusive heroes and how some of them are just straight up not great. While for sure not every hero can be S tier, I feel like every ancient exclusive hero should feel worth building and using. They should either be generally useful in lots of content, or feel close to S tier in specific content (and personally if that niche content is just fraction trial, then that is extremely disappointing, unless they are a HUGE game changer for completing that faction's stages.)
For a cinematic, I would love if my boy Trusk got one, hes such a cool looking hero! Maybe he could be getting overran by smaller mobs and then he activates his lightning spikes and blows them all away!
Valeriya, she is one of my first few legendaries and i was impressed with her gameplay design. very interesting (and annoying) for players to juggle her health to deal more damage. Her backstory is about her being raised by orcs. make her cinematic be about her gaining respect from the orcs in her tribe

If they start releasing more heroes that are HP or DEF based damage dealers I hope they also release an item that can convert the mainstat of a right-side gear piece from ATK% to HP% or DEF%, because gearing them will be incredibly hard since those mainstats don't roll on SBA/IR/AW etc ancients.

I think the fact that Khamet doesn't have a cinematic sucks. I love the Pharoah aesthetic, he could have some really cool video where magic lifts the top of a gold sarcophagus and some spirit ghosts like lift him up out of the tomb.

Silas technically doesnt have a cinematic in-game but he does have one in TH-cam IIRC. If that doesnt count, Aracha should have a cinematic. She was an enemy first and an early boss enemy we fight in campaign. It should soemthing about her summons, the spider bug thingys.

Crach should have a cinematic. Something goofy that partially baits you at first (think regulas cinematic) but then Crach just falls out of nowhere just to ruin your day.

I'm a horror genre fan and like the whole vampires vs werewolves in the lore, so his cinematic going into how savage he seems and the reason he is the wolf king would be pretty epic! As for the hero that needs a cinematic. Khamet needs a proper entrance showing off the Undead Pharaoh with god-like powers he is. I really just invision the cinematic going like the end of his story text, him becoming the undead pharaoh. But the end he slams down his staff like (he does in-game) for a grand look at me moment.
A dark night, a full moon. A maiden runs, panicked and terrified in a forest. In the background, howls can be heard and shadows move through the trees. The maiden trips and falls. A werewolf appears behind her. A closeup at his vicious teeths reveals drool mixed with blood. The foul beast opens his mouth and goes for the kill when suddenly a silver blade pierces his chest. There are a lot of great choices of course but my favorite hero must be Idril. I was lucky enough to pull her as one of my first epic heroes in the game, and she has carried me through the campaign and is still very useful in various content.
I love Moonton. No other developers in my experience have gone so far as to sit with the player base and just talk. That alone deserves some praise. Then, they go hard at work and implement positive changes constantly. Their new content in this release is SSS quality, I’m having a blast and I haven’t even summoned the new heroes yet. I can’t wait for what’s to come in the next 12 months!
Just a note for the space, this does make me want to spend more money on the game because I feel more bonded with it. It doesn’t feel like a rip off to spend money and continuously get more of what you want - content.

There are a surprising amount of powerful legendaries without intro videos, like Silas and Khamet, but if I had to pick one, it would be the iconic Dolores! There's lot's of tantalizing potential there since she is a dancer.
The unit that needs cinematic has to be Crach! And the start of the cinematic should have a strong resemblance with a strong hero that has a cinematic like Hatssut for example. That way the excitement of pulling the Crach daddy would be 100 x better when you realize after a few seconds in to the cinematic what just happened
I would say my favorite hero that doesn’t have a cinematic is Ardea. The video I would guess is just her noticing “bad guys” about to break through a door, and you see her wrapping the chains around her arms. Then picks up her two weapons and it fades and she’s about to throw them.

Setram needs a video! I picture it being an action-packed video with him surrounded by hordes of monsters. As the camera zooms around him, we slide into slow motion, bullet-time moments as he methodically eliminates each of them, one by one. When it seems like there are too many monsters to handle, he activates his ultimate, going into Fortress Stance, and just obliterates all of them. Finally, he collapses, overloaded by his ultimate, surrounded by the carnage he's wreaked.

I want a Kai cinematic, I know he isnt good but my first ten leggos were Apsan, Nocturne and him. I bet you can guess who I got 5 copies of. It was so nice getting some real Physical and AOE. As for the cinematic it needs to have something to do with hunting a drake, after all hes wearing dragon armor. Maybe hes in a dense jungle like the kineza cinematic jungle.
Magda - With her maintaining the strong buff she'll have a lot of usable opportunities through progression and endgame. The story line of revenge and hunting humans has potential. Content that features a faction war between the fae and humans is something I'd like to see. Also some type of buff/debuff against opposing factions.
The video would be her hunting and taking revenge on her opposing faction - humans. Her hunting down and attacking human faction heroes (greens, blues, and purples).

I think Artemis deserves a cinemstic. I got him during his launch banner and was sad that there was no video. I see him in a dark city like London or Berlin during a zombie plague outtbreak where he is hiding in the shadows, jumping over the roofs to shoot with his sniper rifle on undeads roaming across the streets in a rainy night.
I was reading something the other day, I forget if it was a YT comment section or discord, but Artemis was getting some shade, and that surprised me. He's one of my favorites. A great healer that you can use offensively as well? I don't know. Am I missing something?

From his story, when he walks into the aristocrat's banquet and they laugh at him...then he draws his sword and starts cutting people in half, literally. Severed heads and limbs flying around. Blood spraying everywhere, the screams of the corrupt elites filling the night sky. Sounds like fun 😁

Considering what a staple Silas is to most of the accounts and how much lore he has with Vierna (even had ingame events) it would be really nice to bump him up with a video of his kingly might or how he falls from grace due to their tormenting love

Great questions and they did a good job of answering where they could and I personally can accept the limits of what they could not speak to in the level of detail we all would love. Those limits on details come from way up the chain I am sure and are not decided by the Dev answering.

My favorite champion that doesn't have a cinematic would be Cyrus. I use him all over the game as dps and a tank and love him. Something cool to see in a cinematic would be fighters like Zili or Magda running away from monsters and then cyrus steps up and summons his skeletons to cover their retreat

Silas for sure has been my mvp and has gotten me so far in the game without him a lot of content I’ve cleared would never have been possible and when I first pulled him he was my second leggo I ever pulled and he deserves for sure one hell of a crazy video of him just being ruthless mowing down a few raid bosses ;)
Arrogance is my favorite hero. I got very luck and got him when I first started. He carries my team. Love Abomination as well. Could have Arrogance wiping out tons of mobs when his ultimate pops off in the video. Good video. Great info!

Solcadens, hands down.
For flare (pun intended), I'd imagine a scene of frozen tundra, with a bunch of frostborne units. Solcadens floating above, would be casting his ultimate (in a Freeza pose, from Dragon Ball Z) with one finger up and casually his ball of flame down. Leaving nothing but a scorched earth. End scene.
As essential and clutch as Idril is it’s criminal she doesn’t have a cinematic. It would be awesome to see something with her new skin. Something like, she’s attacking from the shadows and steps out into the light and the fighters that are attacking her have a jaw drop moment and she shots and arrow right at you.
Solcadens ofcourse!! The legendary lord of flames & fire! Raising from the volcano when some other champions dare to go where no one goes.

Dolores should have definitely a cinematic, since she is so valuable in the game and in the top 3 of most used epic heroes. A cool cinematic would be seeing her supporting a bunch of all start heroes like Silas, Hex, Arrogance, Vierna etc. :)

I think defenders need some love in terms of cinematics. Brokkir should definitely have one, maybe also have his brother Azhor in it as well? Like them fighting a big dragon or something. For extra spice, I also think these two should have a bond skill together!

For future dev questions, I'd love a response regarding ancient exclusive heroes and how some of them are just straight up not great. While for sure not every hero can be S tier, I feel like every ancient exclusive hero should feel worth building and using. They should either be generally useful in lots of content, or feel close to S tier in specific content (and personally if that niche content is just fraction trial, then that is extremely disappointing, unless they are a HUGE game changer for completing that faction's stages.)

Valeriya, she is one of my first few legendaries and i was impressed with her gameplay design. very interesting (and annoying) for players to juggle her health to deal more damage. Her backstory is about her being raised by orcs. make her cinematic be about her gaining respect from the orcs in her tribe

In the lore, silas sold his eyesight to a cosmic horror in exchange for insane power. Show him signing the pact, then transforming into the monster we all love would be pretty dope. Maybe he even convinces others to join him in signing or something like theowin
If they start releasing more heroes that are HP or DEF based damage dealers I hope they also release an item that can convert the mainstat of a right-side gear piece from ATK% to HP% or DEF%, because gearing them will be incredibly hard since those mainstats don't roll on SBA/IR/AW etc ancients.

I think the fact that Khamet doesn't have a cinematic sucks. I love the Pharoah aesthetic, he could have some really cool video where magic lifts the top of a gold sarcophagus and some spirit ghosts like lift him up out of the tomb.

Silas technically doesnt have a cinematic in-game but he does have one in TH-cam IIRC. If that doesnt count, Aracha should have a cinematic. She was an enemy first and an early boss enemy we fight in campaign. It should soemthing about her summons, the spider bug thingys.

Gear locks in gvg need to maintain throughout the cycle too. When we change opponents, it reverts to current gear vs what we started the cycle with.

Great video, i would have loved to see a video for setram, maybe it could be of him leaving a factory where there are a bunch of other setrams but he malfunctions, destroys the other robots and leaves to join zilitu or any of the other heroes from the infernals
Crach should have a cinematic. Something goofy that partially baits you at first (think regulas cinematic) but then Crach just falls out of nowhere just to ruin your day.
