#representationmatters
I started following you because my little brother is Hard of Hearing and I’m teaching him ASL. I’m missing parts of my hand and a muscle in my arm. This was so, so important for me, and I want to give you props for making this. It hit me like a truck.
Also, I call my hand my lucky fin, so props for using terms that people with limb differences actually use! ❤
So beautiful! It was an honor to act in this. You're a fantastic writer and director.
Besides the message, it's also important to be aware of that kids don't do what we consider to be rude because they are mean, but because it's normal to them. They don't know much of society and are naturally curious about what's going on.
Grettings from Uruguay to everyone who is reading this!
I love the short films you produce! The ambience and disabled rep, and they just draw you in!
This was really well done, simple and sweet. Thank you for this short film! :) Representation of all types certainly matters indeed :)
This is such a great little video. It shows a lot of understanding and that being unlike others is okay and not something to be ashamed of. Everyone should be inclusive of everyone else regardless of what's going on with them physically or mentally. Thank you so much for sharing this!
That was touching..
A guy that used to go to my church always told little kids that an alligator had eaten his hand (he was actually born without it). He also took part in at least one skit that involved his "hand" being "removed" with ketchup for special effects.
I expected to be emotionally touched by this, but i didn't expect the sobbing that took place. This was beautiful, thank you for making this and thanks to all the people involved!
Just beautiful. I started following you, just because I admired your encouragement to the hearing impaired and your personality. For some reason I now feel the urge to learn ASL, despite being not being affected myself, nor even knowing anyone who is. Anyhow, thank you for sharing your perspective.
this is adorable
You're incredible.
Just read the full description. You all did a wonderful job!
You're an amazing woman. Stay blessed, Chrissy.
This was so beautiful. The girl seemed to be really deeply touched. Thank you so much!
A tear jerker!
This film is so good. It drew me in and I didn't know what to expect, but as a teacher this was so heart warming and I love the message.
❤
Wow. Beautiful. Impactful. I hope it gets seen as much as it deserves ❤
I cried. So well done!
Beautifully done, and a very important reminder.
This really is beautiful. I had an accident when I was 10 that left my arm with no feeling and lots of damage. Made me miss a lot as a kid. But through therapy I met very similar people, none quite as young as me but friends nonetheless. Thank you for this.
I didn't even know that I'm already subscribed to you.
This is so powerful ! ❤ Thank you 🙏

The actress with black hair is very good. Nothing else made sense from a lack of context...
😢

I simply don't get it.
Chrissy if you don't mind me asking are you single?
Well fuck... Now I'm crying on the toilet
She's got one of those Luke Skywalker hands.
