What we really need is a new chairman not one that cries after the public sites there’s an issue. Where was he? During the whole process is the real question. He should’ve been more involved from the start.
I finally received my new Buds Pro 3 last Friday, and they are incredible! The noise-cancelling is the best I have ever heard on any earbud, and I have had around eight different brands. Also, the sound is great! The bass is so strong! I don't think Samsung can improve these any, and if you are on the fence about whether you should get them or not, you should get them, as you won't be disappointed!
Hey Tim, are the ear tips easy to replace? I usually need to replace them for initial sizing on my ears, one hole is bigger and the other a lil smaller... So as long as I follow the official instructions for removing and placing buds... I would assume I'll be okay, but the recent recall stuff messed up that assumption... So could u let me know whether its a comfortable process to remove the buds, in case you have needed to change buds like me
@@HiKshitij I haven't needed to change the tips as they come with the medium ones installed and they fit my ears fine. I did try the cheaper Buds and they kept falling out of my ears so I sent them back. I have heard the tips remove like they should if they are handled correctly.

I absolutely love these buds. I'm super picky and can't find one complaint so far. Well, I guess one. I had to buy the white ones as the grey looks cheap as hell. That being said i'm over the white and love the color now. I was just used to always buying a dark color. I would 100% purchase these again. In fact I just recently bought the sony m4 over the ear because I wanted to have good noise canceling and great sound. I just decided to give the buds 3 pro a shot. I will be returning the sony now.
Have the grey and they don't look cheap at all
Can you please please compare these buds with sennheiser momentum tws 4. Mainly the sound quality.
i hear more details on Sennheiser Momentum 4 Over ear headphones, but the sound of the 3 pro is good, especially the mids, although there is slight S on vocals. I compared it on Hotel California song. An example is the guitar i prefer the Galaxy buds over the Sennheiser.
Mines are great i’ve had no problems. There is a clear instruction guide on how to remove and change the tips. Mines are totally fine even the ones that you get from a third-party vendor work the same way pinch line circle up push snap crackle and pop right in the place!

Do you think these will ever get real multipoint with an update? Or Samsung is stubborn about it?
In reference to the first batch of the product, there has been no recall announced in India. I visited the service center, but they were not informed about any recall. When I registered a complaint with the help center via email, they advised me to visit the service center. This has resulted in a repetitive and unresolved situation.
Chitan! Thank you for this information! I'm moving between New Delhi and Bangalore for a few months and was thinking about the recall situation... Whether to buy these now or like wait till January, with a guess that 4-6 months of wait would surely be enough to get buds from the "fixed" stock of product... Your info makes me weigh more toward waiting a few months

I'm waiting for foam tips the fit is horrible for my ears.
I just got my new Buds3 Pro on September 10th after ordering them on August 30th from the Samsung App.
I found out based on the Serial Numbers on the box that they were Manufactured on July 16th.
Samsung sent out there recall notice on July 19th.
Does anyone know the date of the new release incase I have to return the ones I received unopened?
I'm having trouble getting mine I ordered on August the 20th and haven't gotten them yet not supposed to get them until the 20th of September crazy
What settings did you have on while in a windy situation?

On mine ANC is not working
It is working with me in the beginning but now the ANC is bad
I got mine ordered from Shopee and the seller claims that it is the new batch of the buds. Is there any way that I can do to verify it is really the new batch?
There should be a date on bottom mine is 202407, I'm not sure if it's new patch although i got it reduced because i preorder it and the discounts. I can't take off the tips and I don't want to take the hassle of returning them. So I'm keep them. The new patch should be coming this month
The recall did nothing for me. They broke the moment I tried to switch my tips SMH.
