Hi, thought of sharing something, but please don't get me wrong. I went to Canada 6 months back to visit my aunt ( btw I am Sri Lankan), and I went around Toronto and Vancouver to get an idea of where and how I can pursue my higher education in Canada. But my god, after seeing the behavior of international students (mainly Indians.. Sorry) I decided not to pursue my higher studies there. Canada feels like, not Canada any more. Then I looked in to Germany, but every channel I watched have very decent educated, very well mannered, disciplined Indians.
I guess it is because Germany selects those who are qualified and who are genuinly in to studies. Good to see a decent crowd of Indians in Germany. Now what I said about Canada, even Sri Lankans are weird, most of their qualifications are questionable too to have higher education, but I guess all Canada wants is money, not quality. So please don't get me wrong, you guus gave me a good vibe. Not just India, every country has ill-mannered crowd. ( the reasons for my negative image about indians in Canada are because most students drop after first semester to work, most of them have very loud music at their houses, very rude behavior, very bad behavior when using public transport, theft is very high in canada and most of the culprits are Indian international students. Work for very less salary (cash in hand) so there is no oppotunity for others. So comparatively, Germany has a very good decent Indian crowd👍
