To clear all the channels, switch the receiver on.When it's finished the battery test and its on, hold down the program button and keep it held down while it cycles through the channels. keep it held down until it cycles through all channels, keep it held down while all the leds are on and the leds will flash when it has cleared all channels, then release the program button.

Hi, good question. Boar or deer would set it off as the PIR sensor would pick up the body heat of the animal.
