I once got something even worse. A legendary Gamma gun with the perk 50% more damage to ghouls. Ghouls are healed by radiation. That gun was literally healing ghouls 50% more. One of the best random one I got was bleeding effect on a 10mm pistol. Converted it to automatic and each bullet added 25 extra bleeding damage. It was pretty good as I was early in the game

#14 There is a single raider random encounter. He usually attacks my settlements. I wish they wouldn't kill him. With balls like that he'd be a perfect provisioner.
Settlement logic: You get an alert that a settlement on the other side of the map (It's never the closest one.) is being attacked.
A) Respond and the battle is over in five seconds because your defenses and settlers are so OP.
B) Ignore it and you lose 40 corn, 20 mutfruit, six generators, four water purifiers, and a dozen turrets.
