If you thought the first 5 seasons were good, Season 6 is gonna knock it out of the park!! At least you didn't have to wait for the final season like we did. I remember watching this last scene and being extremely worried for Nacho and Kim. For Nacho it's obvious. But for Kim it was like, maybe Lalo will realize Jimmy and her lied to him and he'll want revenge against every single person.
I love how well they portrayed Chihuahua and how its community works here. Lalo even asks for "agüita de jamaica" which is one of my favorite drinks around these parts, and quite famous in the rest of México. And yes, shooting in the air when celebrating is a common, annoying and dangerous practice around here.
Wow. Their empathy for Howard is just painful to watch. Cant wait for them to see “that” episode. Season 5 was such a fire season. No wasted moment until the very last second.

We all had that reaction of, “THESE are the best hit men?!” There are those that argue it’s a flaw, but I think it’s a reason why Gus only trusts Mike to handle things in BB. I think anyone called “the best” is subject to hubris and these guys definitely underestimated Lalo.
Every single episode of this show is a master class in lighting, sound, music and cinematography. Vince Gilligan and Peter Gould are simply the heads of the class. AMAZINGLY GOOD. Can’t wait for you to watch s6 and love how you’ve come to enjoy this show so much.
I have watched an essay about it. Mint is obviously green which plays a pivotal symbolism in this series. Green means money. Mesa “Verde” means money. Money is the food of Saul. So I think in that scene, Jimmy’s trying to have a regret at everything. He does not want to be Saul cause he’s vulnerable and traumatized of what had happened. But Kim sparks and burn that fire in Saul. Hence, season 6.
I haven’t seen it either, but I really want them to react to it just because I’ve heard such good things & them watching it would convince me to check it out sooner, same with Mr. Robot. They convinced me to binge Barry & it became one of my favorite shows since BrBa.

It's all character traits that have been firmly established. But good and bad. Howard doesn't deserve it, but it's not really about what he deserves.
SPOILER: Rick: "Is that worth Howard's... life?" 24:34 Great accidental foreshadowing lol Also, Jimmy and Kim both hate Howard for different reasons: Jimmy hates Howard because Howard is sort of the anti-Jimmy; he's the little brother Chuck always wanted. Howard is a living reminder to Jimmy that he was a failure to his older brother--the only person he ever wanted to impress. Howard received the respect that Jimmy never got from Chuck. Sure, it started off with Jimmy thinking it was Howard that kept him from being hired at HMM, but even that just plays into the theme of how Jimmy looks at Howard throughout the whole series: "You think you're so much better than me." I think the reason why he's the one pulling back from this is because, as the episode in the desert that shows him leaving behind the mylar blanket (symbol of Chuck) that he's finally moved on from dwelling on Chuck. I mean, he still dwells on him, just not consciously. Kim hates Howard for a few different reasons. Mainly, I think, is that Howard is a rich, handsome, white guy who is among the elite class, whereas Kim grew up in the lower-middle class. His privilege is abrasive to somebody who's lived her experiences. She empathizes with Jimmy because she sees him as somebody else who life hasn't given a fair chance to, so when Howard does something to hurt Jimmy (a fellow sufferer) she gets even angrier than she would with a normal person. Now, her perception isn't exactly accurate, but I think it is something near the basis for character's judgements about these other characters. It was telling her that Jimmy had influenced her decision to leave Schweikart that ultimately crossed the line for her with Howard. There's very well a truth in what he's saying, but Kim also did it it for altruistic reasons. Her departure might have been accelerated by the goings-on in Jimmy's life, but leaving the fancier lawyer life behind was always Kim's goal. So, when Howard said that to her, she chose to perceive it as some rich guy telling her what she actually wants and that she's just another "weak woman" letting her husband influence her personal decisions--even though that clearly wasn't where Howard was coming from.
this is the episode my opinion of Kim completely flipped, i wanted Lalo to be wearing Kim skin boots by the end of the series after i heard what she wanted to do to Howard
