I have been looking for a video that shows how to install your coving before I begin to do the ceiling panels.

Thank you for the question. We are currently building our library of videos and we will add your request.
After fitting coving for many years, I now fit the wall panels and ceiling panels first and fit the coving last. You can do this by removing the rear tab on the coving, it makes it a lot easier to fit the tabless coving with a bead of silicone sealant. To remove the rear tab, run a Stanley knife down the rear channel and it comes away easily.
