The strike system I believed changed with the release of version 12.3.6 or 12.5.x. Now, you receive 5 strikes, and you can earn them back week after week. Example if you get two strikes, in 7 days one falls off.
Im on FSD V12.4.3 while driving at night and wearing your driving glasses the nag is ridiculous to a point it unsafe to use at night. On prevision version I never had a strike while driving at night with my driving glasses. Tesla monitor system is out of wack.
So the other person driving the car was - your wife? And you didn’t get any strikes while you drove the car? But you think Tesla software just randomly decided to give you a bunch of strikes? But your wife was the other driver? Your wife??? And we all know our wives never are distracted by the radio, or talking on the phone, or etc. And your wife was the other driver?? Right??? I think we all know how the strikes happened don’t you.
Thank you for your comment. Yes, this issue has affected several people with this version. I even received a strike on my car while not using FSD. It appears there is a bug that some users are reporting online, but this version is outdated now.
So the old system would suspend you for a month. The new system now suspends you for a week and it doesn’t remove all the strikes it removes them each week.
Could it possibly be that you began FSD with three strikes from auto steer already?
No, we don't use auto steer. Or Auto pilot.
What happens after you get five strikes? How do you get out of Tesla jail?

I just did a drive last night and every 10 seconds I'm getting nag 12.3.6 still almost for 3 months. I wish we could turn off the cabin camera.
AI with attitude.
Yep

Tesla software is so solid, so bug free, so trustworthy. NOT
It has a long long long way to go.
@@FSDdriver But many fan bois will not admit that. They say
FSD is better than a human
Level 5 in 6 months!
