Thanks for sharing! My son is 3 months old and we have the a Baby Bjorn potty on the bathroom countertop where we take him for potty. He loves being held there and looking at himself and his parents in the mirror. Sprayer on the toilet, diaper bin with a big wet bag.
On the dresser in our room we keep a basket of pocket diapers and cloth wipes (which we hardly ever use since we rinse him in the sink after potty). We throw a little changing mat on the bed where we diaper and dress him.
