- We know it's been done a thousand time already, but we really want to do it ourselves. And here it is! The ultimate comparison between the Neumann U87 Ai and War Audio WA87 (R1). Part 1. First impressions. Comparing their mic case, body, internals and overall build and feel.

You can’t compare them U87 ai is better
What's better is subjective everyone won't sound good on u87 still today my best performance is on sm7b and this mic universal studios thought I used 87 told them it was this mic again my voice pattern has a specific sound plus helps I'm using neve 73 la2a with 1176. Most mic production cost are not worth the retail price your paying for name not sound advice from a retired artist
@@22rapper hey respect your right not everyone will doing good with a u87 I like the way it makes my voice sound I can’t complain but overall your right it ain’t about what you use it’s how you use it
@@22rapperentão, o problema está na sua voz, o u87 é o microfone com melhor qualidade em captar cada núncia vocal ou instrumental, se o sm7b é o que melhor está fazendo isso com você, isso significa que você tem muita sibilância na voz, usa muito ar na voz o usa muito a região nasal, a diferença é um microfone que consegue captar com muitos detalhes evidência isso, ou seja, você está gravando algo com menos qualidade para não evidenciar suas falhas vocais, não mude de microfone trabalhe sua voz.
