ONE’s 4oz glove Muay Thai is probably the best striking sport on the planet. I hope they succeed, it would elevate the sport and martial arts in general

Agree. 100% best collection of strikers on the planet, as a collective under a single banner. Obviously some phenomenal strikers outside in other promotions. The Thai is outrageously exciting. 4oz gloves, best strikers on the planet, under a rule set that encourages action!

Disappoint how isn’t not true Muay Thai
Fights aren’t scored how a Muay Thai fight should be and they don’t let the fighters clinch properly at all.
Use the 4oz gloves, but keep the rest of the Muay Thai fights like proper Muay Thai fights

I would watch some One events over the UFC 100%. I’m a huge fan of their Muay Thai and Kickboxing divisions. They have the best collection of world class strikers out of any organization. I love kickboxing, but I think that especially muay thai with 4oz gloves has huge potential. The mma fans in the west just need to open their eyes to it because it’s supremely exiting and high level in One.
