Im all in. Saddle, sticks, versa pack system, light, hydration bladder, seat cusion, headrest. The works. This is a very well thought out system overall. The modularity of the packs. The ability to stow (easily) your sticks to the system. Def a lot of thought and customization put into it. See a lot of ppl complain about the price pointAlmost any system you put together will range between $800-1400 by the time you factor in climbing method, ropes, and maybe a pack (sure as hell not a whole pack system) Everything on my list above, before discount codes or sales is coming in at $1080. I think its very reasonable considering. Especially when you factor in that this isnt just a saddle but it can double as a turkey seat and a frame pack. I persoanlly believe youre getting far more bang for yourr buck with this system then many others currently offered.
If I could just get the shoulder packs, I'd be happy. My JX3 is perfect without the entire system. You didn't show us how to use it with the JX3 on your back! Wow! We had those plastic coin holders when we were kids 45 years ago! Great idea!
Clifton, love all your hard work making product videos! I have one of these on order. I am a bit concerned with drawing a recurve with the bino harness. You say you have clearance but I'd love to see your drawing a trad bow with it on.
I think the whole pack system is overkill, and expensive, maybe not if you're not hunting from a JX3. . If I could get the chest pack and the shoulder packs, it would be perfect! I use a JX3 with 2 dump pouches hooked to the lower bridge area and a small backpack. I want to see how to wear the entire system with the JX3 on top. Between all of that and 4 sticks, i might be too much for my 64 year old tired ass! But, it's the best saddle/stand I've ever used!
LOL......milkweed dispenser.........Haven't seen one of those since I was a kid. It's a coin purse. Great video. Would like to see how you pack it on the jx3 with all your gear.
My JX3 showed up Saturday after ordering it Tuesday. Less than 5 days!! Thats some really fast shipping. Unfortunately ive been in the hospital passing a kidney stone since Saturday so I havnt been able to check out the saddle system. From watching videos on the versa pack, I came to the conclusion that the shoulder packs would be a great addition for my 40ft repelling rope and madrock safeguard in one, then my linemans rope and ropeman 1 in the other. If my bow rope and carabiner also fit that would be a bonus. I already have a small 3 day assualt pack by tactical taylor that I prefer over my other packs becuase it is so small. Its very easy to over pack when hunting. My new motto is, if it doesnt fit in or on the 3 day pack then I dont need it on my person. I can leave it in the side by side or e bike saddle bag. However I like to set each hunting platform up independently. So each of my pop up blinds has its own stakes, hammer and chairs. My climber has its own bag, tree tether, bow rope and limb trimmers. My hang on has its own climbing sticks, bow rope, tree tether and linemans rope. My JX3 will also have its own similar set up including the tetherd one sticks. This is so I can grab each platform and go with out having to take the time to resort gear burning precious hunt time. Also if I have someone going with me, such as an out of state hunting friend or family member, they too will have everything they need for the platform they are most comfortable in. I say this because all I currently carry in my pack are: a quiver, water, gut kit knives and gloves, camera equipment-mounts and back up batteries, hunt gloves, spare hat, calls, binos, dead down wind spray and a blanket. I can also grab that pack and go if I do a ground spot and stalk and not have too much un-needed weight. Soon as I get home with some enegry I will be jumping feet first into the jx3.

I have hunted out of it multiple times. However I have not harvested a deer out of it lol people don’t seem to watch to many videos when things arnt being shot haha

I know this, ever since going to the JX3 Hybrid system, my normal backpack sucks for this setup
