I loved this, but can you explain a little bit as to which device is doing what? Which is sequencing what, can you describe the ZOIA function here a little bit? The music is great, but sometimes I wish we had a "directors commentary" function in TH-cam, where creators could describe a little more as to what is happening visually..
So everything is sequenced on the OP-1, the ZOIA is used just as a granular delay over here. Though with enough patience you could probably sequence all of this on the ZOIA too. I’m just messing with the settings on the default granular module and it disintegrates and pitch shifts everything going into it. The pocket piano is on the mono glider setting that goes into a separate chain in the Zoia that has reverb and a little bit of chorus for those nice bird sounds.
What is the green device? If it’s discontinued then that’s okay. I have an op1 and have the zoia on back order. But i see fellow musicians sometimes having a third device and im curious what that usually is
Sam Roller Yeah, it’s the discontinued critter and guitari pocket piano. A nice little device, and I should probably use it more. I usually just do everything on the OP-1.
