Goat Semen is a great band. Totally agree with Erick when talks about those band trying to sound like european bands when we have our own scene, I mean it's not the Colombian or Brazilian sound, it's the south american sound. I'm from Central America and I've always thought that the problem here is the same. We have some really great bands but we haven't found our own sound. You listen to these bands and they are great but they need identity. I'm a new subscriber of your channel, been here for a week or so, I really enjoy your interviews. Saw them 1 month ago in a city near my home here in Italy. Rauta, I suggest you to not record videos in this type of ambients (even of it is a cool idea), cause it's really noisy. Sometimes it can kinda ruin your very interesting interviews :)
Yeah, I know, but like stated, this was a pilot run with our mics. We couldn't use the venue backstage either so we didn't really have many options available.
We actually had two of those in use with this interview but since this was the first time we used them in a noisy space, we didn't know how much background noise they'd pick. This was the pilot run for those.
